social security incidents.Public space in commercial central areas is used as a high frequency.Urban space,complex environment for disasters,and a large number of hazard factors,hidden dangers,the potential threat of personal injury and property damage caused by emergencies is more serious than other parts of the city.Studies have shown that when an emergency occurs,pedestrian evacuation is a more reliable and effective evacuation method for the emergency response in the commercial center of China.The evacuation road in the commercial center has become the only way for emergency evacuation of outdoor personnel,and the evacuation of roads in commercial centers.The emergency evacuation capability affects the emergency evacuation efficiency of outdoor personnel.The process of how to complete the emergency evacuation from the accident area to the safe area in a short time when an emergency occurs is an important issue in the public security of the commercial center and even the city.The special feature of the evacuation road in the central area is that in the normalized situation,it is a linear walking space for people to rest,entertain,shop,chat and relax.The space is equipped with a large number of street facilities.When an emergency occurs,it becomes an emergency evacuation of personnel.The channel has its complexity and variability.When an emergency occurs,the focus of emergency evacuation of personnel in the central business district is to establish a smooth and effective walking evacuation environment.The smoothness of evacuated roads will become an important guarantee for the rapid evacuation of personnel to shelters.The street facilities in the evacuated roads in the commercial center have a role in people,affecting the smoothness of evacuation roads and the efficiency of evacuation of personnel,and become an increasingly important issue in emergency evacuation.In this paper,emergency evacuation of personnel in the central business district is taken as the entry point.The basic principle of the evacuation of the roads in the commercial center is the main principle.The main influence of the street facilities on the smoothness of the evacuated roads in the commercial center is studied.Firstly,the research status of pedestrian evacuation at the level of the block in the commercial center area is summarized,and the inadequacies of the emergency evacuation study in the commercial center area are summarized.Through the research on the relevant aspects of evacuation and smoothness in the building room,the analogy analysis is obtained.A mechanism with facilities that affect the smoothness of evacuated roads.On the basis of comparing and discussing the characteristics and types of emergencies,the emergency events were questionnaire survey and the structural equation model research method are used to determine the degree of correlation between the indicators of the street facilities and the smoothness of the evacuated roads and the indicators.The total variance of the target problem of evacuation road smoothness is constructed,and a structural model is constructed to influence the smoothness of the evacuation road in the commercial center.On the basis of the previous research,based on the control variable method,the Anylogic software is used to further simulate the various index elements,and the plane shape,layout position,plane scale of the bench of the large arbor tree pool,and the arrangement interval of the isolation facilities are formed.The arrangement of the tree pool or the flower pool bench,the influence of the arrangement direction of the advertising stand,and other factors on the smoothness of the evacuated road when a large emergency occurs,and compare the simulation process and the results with the Chongqing Three Gorges Square as an example.Analysis to further verify the validity of the previous simulation results.Finally,combined with the results of the structural model and simulation experiment of the street facilities affecting the smoothness of the evacuated roads in the commercial center,the research conclusions are summarized,and the individual availability rate of the street furniture facilities is increased on the basis of ensuring the spacious and unobstructed evacuation space.From the aspects of intensiveness,high efficiency,reliability and completeness,the layout principle of street furniture facilities in Chongqing commercial center area under emergency evacuation conditions is proposed,and the intensive arrangement of street furniture facilities is realized to ensure the completeness and effectiveness of street furniture facilities.Improve the research results,hope that the research can provide reference for the layout of street furniture facilities in the commercial center in the future from the perspective of emergency evacuation in the event of an emergency. |
