| In recent years,China’s commercial construction investment and new construction area show a trend from quantity growth to high quality development.Citizens begin to pursue a better life and yearn for commercial buildings with better shopping and consumption experience and better orientation.With urbanization stepping into the“second half”,the current architectural design is entering a new stage of taking stock design as the dominant type and quality improvement as the main task.The design of commercial buildings is also changing from the growth design of space expansion to the environment construction and fine design dominated by the quality improvement of the spatial orientation in the indoor public space.Confronting with the background of the development of commercial building area is more and more large,the indoor public space in commercial buildings is large and heavy,traffic streamline of the space is diversified,function of the space is continuously complicated and form of the space is continuously abundant,but spatial orientation and identification in the commercial buildings have not been enough noticed.Citizens often feel confused and disoriented in the commercial buildings,so that lost problem is particularly prominent,and even affects consumption experience in the commercial buildings.However,previous studies focused more on qualitative spatial feelings,and failed to effectively promote the development of spatial orientation design of public space in commercial buildings in China.In addition,quantitative studies based on people’s psychological change data are relatively lacking in China.Therefore,this thesis will introduce research methods of eye tracking experiment in psychology to the research of spatial orientation in architecture.By recording the eye movement information when subjects are processing visual information,the spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings is optimized quantitatively,and the thesis provides the research ideas and methods of cross-discipline for the spatial orientation design of public space in commercial buildings in China.This thesis combines qualitative and quantitative research methods which are applied to the research of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings.Besides,the thesis has a certain prospect of research,combines with the current new technology,and promotes the development of quantitative of spatial orientation design of public space in commercial buildings in China.Furthermore,the thesis provides targeted optimization suggestions of spatial orientation design,and improves the quality of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings.Firstly,through literature sorting,field research,real-scene eye movement experiment,questionnaire and other preparatory work,this thesis proposes the factors affecting the spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings and finds out the current problems existing in the spatial orientation design.Secondly,according to the characteristics of different factors of spatial orientation,evaluation indexes and methods of eye movement information are proposed to describe and evaluate the factors of spatial orientation.In addition,in view of these factors of spatial orientation,the thesis puts forward the experiment method which combines BIM+VR technology with eye tracking experiment.Then,on the basis of the results of data statistical correlation analysis,single factor variance analysis,regression analysis and other analysis,the thesis empirically reveal the factors of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings within correlation and strength.Finally,according to different factors of spatial orientation,the thesis raises corresponding optimizing strategy of spatial orientation,sums up spatial orientation design within the scope of the study of the best reference range,solves currently existing problems in spatial orientation design,and provides clues and experience as a high quality spatial orientation design of public space in commercial buildings.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background,purpose,significance and object of the thesis,reviews the literature,and puts forward the research content,method and technical route of the thesis.In the second chapter,the correlation between BIM+VR technology and eye tracking technology is established,and a preliminary quantitative diagnostic evaluation method is determined based on the influencing factors of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings.The third chapter induces and interprets the spatial prototype of factors of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings,and optimizes the quantitative diagnostic evaluation method based on the spatial prototype,through the investigation and real-scene experiment of 37 public space in commercial buildings.The fourth chapter carries out quantitative experiments and diagnostic analysis on each factor of spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings.The fifth chapter puts forward optimization strategy for spatial orientation of public space in commercial buildings on the basis of the qualitative analysis of the investigations and the diagnostic analysis of the quantitative experiments.The last chapter summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward the prospect of further research. |
