A Study On The Integration Strategy Of Outdoor Public Space Of Commercial Buildings In TOD Of Rail In Chinese Cities

Under the background of the development of urbanization and the combination of online commerce with entity commerce,Chinese commercial buildings are facing a new revolution.It is necessary to combine advanced information technology with commercial buildings to explore the development path for the integration of commercial buildings with cities,as well as that of online commerce with entity commerce.As the most closely related part of commercial buildings with cities and transportation,the study of the integration strategy of outdoor public space is of great significance.As a development theory covering urban planning,urban design and architectural design,TOD advocates the coordination of land use with urban traffic.It also aims to create a walking-friendly urban environment.It's reasonable to use TOD as the basic theory of research of commercial buildings' outdoor public space.Based on the development of Chinese TOD of rail in urban districts,this paper establishes a quantitative evaluation data module of TOD of rail in China by using the data collection and processing methods of computer science.Taking the outdoor public space of commercial buildings in TOD of rail as the research target,this paper adopts the idea of the correlation of the big data era and uses the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to screen out and analyze the samples of TOD of rail and commercial buildings.Then it obtains the relationship between the main design content of the commercial buildings' outdoor public space and the main development content of the TOD of rail,based on which summarizes deduces the integration process of the commercial buildings' outdoor public space,putting forward the corresponding integration strategies and the principles.This paper summarizes the integration process,strategies and principles of outdoor public space of commercial buildings in Chinese TOD of rail,and verifies the feasibility of correlation analysis based on data processing in the area of architectural space integration design from the urban design level.It provides a methodological reference for the follow-up study of integration strategies for various architectural space in other types of TOD in China.
