Based On BIM Technology In Chengdu City Is Comprehensive Research On The Transformation Of Large And Medium-Sized Commercial Buildings

In recent decades, the national economy continues to maintain steady and rapid development, China’s urban construction and urban renewal process is at unprecedented speed. But, in this process of rapid urbanization, to build large demolition phenomenon is widespread and inevitable, overall, urban construction and the update is also a big break, including many within the service life of existing buildings are demolished in great quantities, not only caused the large-scale urban pollution and energy waste a lot of resources, the rapid change or destroy the building image and the urban structure, and contrary to the pursuit of sustainable development strategy. In our country, renovation of existing buildings to update has been attracting widespread attention. In this paper, it is in the context of sustainable development, tried to research perspectives of architecture, this paper discusses how to reasonable to urban commercial building renovation and reuse in order to achieve the purpose of efficient utilization of resources. Chengdu in the western region in China economy, business, culture, leisure, metropolis, in the process of rapid urbanization must face lots of existing buildings and city community metabolic problems. In order to transform urban reasonably existing buildings, improve the image of the city, the construction of good living space, creating the environment of good quality, high comfort living environment has been the needs of citizens and tourists.Based on the existing commercial building, on the basis of the basic theory and practical engineering experience in combination with field research and extensive practice, theory with practice, comprehensive architecture knowledge and BIM technology, discussed both commercial buildings in chengdu areas of development, and reform the significance, strategies and methods. According to the specific condition of the region at the same time, the use of BIM technology analyzes both main problems of commercial buildings in comfort, and puts forward corresponding optimization that can carry out reform strategy.
