Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of society and economy,the contradiction between reservoir flood control and comprehensive utilization is becoming more and more prominent,and the demand for flood resource utilization is becoming more and more urgent.How to coordinate the contradiction between reservoir flood control and utilization is an urgent problem to be solved.As a key index of coordinating flood control and prosperity,dynamic control of flood limit water level is an effective way to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and alleviate the shortage of water resources under the premise of making full use of rainstorm and flood forecast information.In this paper,Chengbihe Reservoir in Karst Basin is taken as an example project.In order to bring into play the comprehensive utilization benefits of the reservoir,based on the existing research,the research on coordinating the benefits of flood control and Xingli water storage of the reservoir is carried out.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)From the perspective of scheduling by stages,this paper uses the maximum 1d rainfall,maximum 3D rainfall and total rainfall of ten days to construct comprehensive indexes,and adopts the improved fuzzy set analysis method to carry out flood season staging for Chengbihe Reservoir.The staging results of the first flood season are from mid-April to early May(4.11-5.10).The main flood season is from mid-May to early September(5.11~9.10),and the post-flood season is from mid-September to late October(9.11~10.31).(2)On the basis of the stage,select the"staging a maximum inter-temporal sampling",hydrological frequency analysis,optimum line frequency method to calculate the flood sample for all stages of experience,adopting the"peak"of The Times than amplification method for typical flood process line of amplification to derive all stages of the flood process line,based on the highest flood water level of each stage design flood for flood regulating calculation,the calculation results show that,The initial regulated water level of Chengbihe Reservoir in the post-flood season can be raised to 187.5m.(3)From the perspective of dynamic control of water level in flood season,a two-stage coordinated operation model of reservoir flood control and Xingli water storage is constructed,and the complex problem of reservoir operation is transformed into a hedging problem between Xingli water storage benefit in stage 1 and flood control risk in stage 2,and the rolling decision is made by using forecast information for each period of time.Assuming that the forecast error follows normal distribution,the model is applied to Chengbihe Reservoir for discussion and research.The results show that,when the forecast incoming water is between61.68 and 631.89,the water storage benefit is obviously improved by dynamic control and operation of the water level in flood season after flood season.From 2001 to 2012,the total water storage benefit increased by 23.65×108 m~3 compared with the actual operation,and the water storage benefit increased by 1.97×108m~3 annually in 12 years.Within the water level control area of 185-187.36 m in the post-flood season,the reservoir’s pre-storage and pre-discharge were guided by the forecast incoming water,which did not affect the flood control function of the reservoir.Moreover,the water storage efficiency of the reservoir has been effectively brought into play.
