| The use of reservoir flood season staging and flood limited water level to regulation of flood resources utilization is an important technical way to deal with the contradiction between flood control and flood benefit and to realize the safe utilization of flood resources, which has important practical significance to alleviate the water shortage crisis and to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources.In this paper, I am takinng the Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, Goushan reservoir as an example, to improve flood resource utilization as research target, to flood season fuzzy changes as the breakthrough point, to conducte research about the medium and small reservoirs flood season staging delineated, staging design flood, seasonal flood control water level and flood control to the application.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the geographical situation, hydrological condition,watershed survey and the actual operation situation of the reservoir, the flood season of the reservoir is staged by the method of fuzzy membership degree. And through Goushan reservoir flood season staging studies, I put forword the flood season staging rigid index selection method about Jiaodong area, Shandong Province, small and medium-sized reservoir.(2) In order to coordinate the contradiction between Goushan reservoir flood abandoned water and water shortage in the late period of flood, to adjust the scheduling mode of the current reservoir in fixed time and in fixed limit water level, under the premise of not changing the existing flood control standard, I put forward the method of reservoir flood dispatching and the dynamic flood water level method according to the rainfall data.(3) According to flood control by using the principles and the reservoir gate control research, I worked out Goushan reservoir flood season staging controlling operation scheme to provide a basis and guidance for Goushan reservoir reasonable operation. |
