Under the background of China’s economic and social transformation and the strategic requirement of integrated development of urban and rural areas,the village and town settlements under the orientation of urban-rural integration have such outstanding problems as unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,huge gap between urban and rural infrastructure construction and environmental construction,and serious population loss in rural areas.In order to find out the optimization paths and design methods that are appropriate to the local conditions,and to scientifically formulate the planning and management policies of the villages and towns,so as to serve the strategic requirements of national rural revitalization and the realistic needs of coordinated development of villages and towns in economically developed regions.This paper investigates the evolution characteristics of village and township settlement system and its reconstruction mechanism under the guidance of urban-rural integration,constructs a village and township settlement reconstruction-integration evaluation system,systematically studies the optimization design method of village and township settlement system,and finally verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the optimization path through an empirical study of the optimization of village and township settlement system in Yinzhou District,Ningbo City,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of seven parts,as follows.(1)Background introduction(Chapter 1): A comprehensive description and introduction of the research background,research purpose and significance,relevant concept analysis,research content and methods,and research framework of this paper.(2)Introduction of relevant theories and methods(Chapter 2): The basic theories of this paper and the domestic and foreign researches on urban-rural integration and village settlement system optimization are reviewed,and the current research focus in this field is analyzed.(3)The characteristics of urban-rural integration and current development needs in China are summarized,ten typical sample areas are selected as the scope of study,the laws of spatial reconstruction and system reconstruction of village and township settlements under the orientation of urban-rural integration are explored,and finally three types of village and township settlement systems under the orientation of urbanrural integration are summarized.(4)Identifying the dynamics of the reconfiguration of village and township settlement system under the orientation of urban-rural integration and constructing the evaluation system(Chapter 4): the factors influencing the reconfiguration of village and township settlement system in ten typical sample areas are analyzed,and the spatial relationship between each factor and the evolution of village and township settlement system is explored with the help of GIS spatial analysis,and the weights of the reconfiguration dynamics factor and the urban-rural integration factor are derived by geographic probe and AHP hierarchical analysis respectively.The evaluation system of village and town cluster reconstruction-urban-rural integration is then constructed.(5)Exploration of the optimization design path of village and town settlement system under the orientation of urban-rural integration(Chapter 5): On the basis of the research and judgment of village and town settlement dynamics mechanism and the construction of evaluation system,the optimization objectives and optimization strategies of village and town settlement under the orientation of urban-rural integration are summarized,and the specific optimization models and contents are elaborated for three different village and town settlement system categories.(6)Example analysis of village settlement system optimization in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City(Chapter 6): Taking Yinzhou District of Ningbo City as the empirical case,the evaluation of village settlement reconstruction-urban-rural integration is preferred,followed by the suggestion of village settlement system optimization strategies in the area,and the simulation of village settlement system evolution by SLUETH software is also applied to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the optimization path.(7)Thesis summary(Chapter 7): Based on the previous paper,we summarize the conclusions related to the reconfiguration characteristics of the village and town cluster system,the identification and evaluation system construction of reconfiguration dynamics,and the optimization design methods of the village and town cluster system,and point out the shortcomings of this paper’s research to provide directions for the subsequent research. |
