Reasearch On Integration Path Of Rural Settlement In Southwest Hilly Village

With the frequent exchanges between urban and rural areas, science and technology, funds, policy and a series of elements into the countryside. The phenomenon changes violently the traditional rural settlement space that Farmers build house at random, while the government plans to build house,because of rural status and increasing farmers’income. It cause a series of rural problems,such as Rural hollowing out, the village destroyed landscape, the deterioration of living environment, the landscape homogeneity. Rural residential integration, as a important means to allocate rural residents effectively and achieve His function, can solve the problem of the development process in urban and rural areas and create conditions for sustainable development of new rural construction.Although as the main body of the Chongqing rural residential construction,"Bayu construction of new homes" and "transformation",has been widely carried out and achieved fruitful results currently and plays an important exemplary role in improving people’s livelihood and regional coordinated development of urban and rural. But,it still exits some problems that government unified planning and "unification,粉standardization" pattern of urban community, ignoring the farmer as a whole, not fully consider farmer types and will; neglected the sharing and complementary of farmers and the regional resources, lack of system planning construction association, it takes the rural settlement as single not into the village space system, not full consider the overall residential environment, infrastructure, cultivated land resource utilization, ecological environment and so on.Thus, we can see that it is very important urgent role to research the integration path of rural settlement.Therefore, in this study, taking Xingba village of Chongqing City Hechuan district as the research area, we take the method of ArcGis spatial expression combined with statistical analysis Through the investigation of Participatory Rural, analyze the influence of the spatial evolution characteristics of rural residents under the natural environment, human environment, artificial environment from three aspects of location, function of land, service facilities, with the help of the push and pull power model and Logistic regression model indentify the rural integrated power supply and operation process of rural residential integration, with psychology, ehavioral science theory, analysis the integrating demand and decision-making of farmer. We take the govement as the leading role to find a reasonable the integration path of rural settlement through correctly handling the three relationships of government, farmer and environment to build a new socialist countryside, provide overall planning for urban-rural development, provide theoretical reference for "people-oriented" harmonious livable rural construction of countryside.Based on the analysis the following conclusions:(1) The spatial layout of distribution in hilly areas experienced three stages of development: punctate hilly fringe-banded traffic arteries on both sides-clusters of Pingba. It is a major factor to consider the location that livelihood and government interference. Interior functional space of rural residential in hilly areas experienced the production function of land space-the living land living space-enjoy the type of land use function space, livelihood, assets, housing concept is the factor of its land function layout of main consideration. Service facilities in rural hilly area space experienced point, line-and plane-mesh three degree transformations. Quality of life and the government is the main motive force to service layout.(2) The power source in hilly area of farmers’ participation in rural setllement has three aspects of motive power:farmers age, farmers professional type are the binding of farmer participation integration of rural settlement; Income, housing decoration, house use condition, farmers house satisfaction prompt farmers to participate in the integration of rural settlement, they are internal power of integration; Traffic conditions, distance from the town, perfect degree of public facilities, degree of policy known prompt farmers to participate in the integration of rural settlement, they are external power of integration, the integration of rural settlement of farmer participation shows that:based on internal power and external power, the farmer participate the integration of rural settlement, under binding the farmer form the integration of decision.which is beneficial to its own production and life.(3) There are four choices for five different type farmers:agricultural development-oriented integration mode, household integration mode, non-agricultural development-oriented integration mode and retaining integration mode.(4) The rural settlement integration path of agriculture industrialization oriented and agricultural areas, the rural settlement integration path of land ticket transactions and land transfer oriented and non-agricultural type and the rural settlement integration path of household registration system reform oriented and urban-type are the three kind of choice rational of government integration of rural settlement.
