At present,China is facing the challenges of increasing power demand,energy supply crisis and ecological environment pollution.Promoting the development and utilization of new energy has become a hot issue at home and abroad.Speeding up the development of renewable energy has become the consensus of many countries to promote the development of energy transformation and deal with global climate change.Among them,wind power generation is one of the most promising renewable energy technologies in the future.It has many advantages,such as rich resources,strong economic competitiveness,climate change mitigation and so on.With the continuous investment of industrial policy,China’s wind power industry has developed rapidly,but the wind power industry generally faces the problems of resource mismatch and low innovation quality.The contradiction between the continuous investment of policy and the high degree of dependence on foreign advanced core technology of wind power enterprises has attracted the attention of policy makers and academia.Through combing the previous literature,it is found that the research on the driving effect of wind power industry policy has just started,and there is a lack of rigorous theoretical framework.However,the academic circle has not yet formed a unified conclusion on whether industrial policy can stimulate enterprises’ R&D and innovation activities,and the existing studies mostly measure enterprises’ R&D and innovation activities from the perspective of innovation performance,while few studies study the impact of industrial policy on enterprises’ R &D and innovation activities from the perspective of innovation quality.Can wind power industry policies improve the quality of R&D and innovation of wind power enterprises? What is the action path and mechanism? Is there heterogeneity in the effect of different types of wind power industry policies on enterprise innovation quality?Through reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper collates the innovation quality,executive characteristics,resource mismatch and other data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share wind power listed 64 companies from2010 to 2019,and makes a quantitative analysis of 237 wind power industry policies issued by ministries and departments above in China from 2010 to 2019,so as to empirically study the driving effect of wind power industry policy and wind power industry At the same time,it further explores the heterogeneity of different types of industrial policies,and introduces executive inventors as a moderating variable.From the perspective of executives’ personal characteristics,it clarifies the reasons why different types of industrial policies have different effects on resource mismatch and enterprise innovation quality.Finally,it explores the impact of industrial policies on different modes of wind power Resource mismatch and the heterogeneity of innovation quality.The empirical results show that:(1)internal incentive policies,external incentive policies and regulatory policies can significantly improve the innovation quality of wind power enterprises;(2)resource mismatch plays a partial intermediary role between wind power industrial policies and enterprise innovation quality,and the intermediary role between different types of industrial policies and enterprise innovation quality is different.Resource mismatch has no significant mediating effect between internal incentive policies and enterprise innovation quality,but plays a mediating role between external incentive policies,regulatory policies and enterprise innovation quality;(3)executive inventors have a negative moderating effect between different types of industrial policies and resource mismatch,but a positive moderating effect between different types of industrial policies and enterprise innovation quality The function of saving energy.It shows that the executives with inventor experience can weaken the negative impact of resource mismatch and improve the quality of enterprise innovation;(4)the effect of industrial policy on resource mismatch and innovation quality of wind power enterprises in different industrial modes is different.This paper further improves the research framework of industrial policy and enterprise R&D innovation activities,and explains the micro reasons for the differences of industrial policy effects from the perspective of executives’ personal characteristics,which has important guiding significance for clarifying the mechanism and key influencing factors between macro wind power industrial policy and micro enterprise innovation quality,identifying and improving the employment standards of wind power executives.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions from the dual perspectives of the government and wind power enterprises,in order to provide new ideas for China’s wind power industry policy optimization and improve the employment standards of enterprise executives,so as to stimulate wind power enterprises to carry out R & D and innovation activities,so as to improve the innovation quality of wind power enterprises and realize the upgrading of global value chain.This article contains 13 graphs,14 Chapter,251 References... |
