| Taking the whole production process of air spring in company A as the research object,through drawing the value stream maps and future value stream maps to discover the seven forms of wastes that exist in the company.In order to reduce waste,increase balance rate and meet customer demand,e use SLP,process program analysis,rapid mold change and other methods to improve.After the implementation of the improved scheme,the time for mold changing was reduced from 90 minutes to 45.01 minutes,the time for mold change was reduced by 49.99%.Total cycle time was reduced from 1605 s to 1342 s.The balance rate increased from60.33% to 83.6%.The value added rate increased by 62.4% and the WIP was reduced by 36%.This case study has practical significance for other enterprises to carry out lean production line optimization,and also has certain reference value for the design of new production lines.There are 27 pictures,27 tables and 79 references. |
