With the rapid development of the scaffold industry,the scaffold fastener industry is also in the direction of high production efficiency and energy conservation and environmental protection.At present,most of the scaffold fasteners used in construction are cast iron fasteners,which have low production efficiency,large pollution,and poor rigidity and toughness.Based on the above background,this paper developed a new type of light all steel fastener,which can effectively reduce the weight of the fastener and the load on the scaffold system.At the same time,using stamping technology to produce,not only can effectively ensure the accuracy of the parts,but also the production efficiency is high,the operation is simple,and automatic production can be realized.CoMPared with the traditional production of cast iron fastener,it not only improves the production process,but also improves the fastener's rigidity,toughness,slip resistance and damage resistance.The main contents of this dissertantion include:?1?The test and finite element analysis of the anti-sliding performance of the fastener are carried out.From the test,it is found that under the load required by the national standard,the value of?1 of the new all steel fastener is far less than the national standard of 7mm,and the anti-sliding performance reaches the national standard.In addition,it is coMPared with the traditional cast iron fastener test.From the test results of the two,it can be seen that the anti-sliding performance of the new all steel fastener is better than the traditional cast iron fastener.At the same time,a new type of all steel fastener model and a traditional cast iron fastener model are established by using the finite element software.According to the finite element results,the anti-sliding performance of the new type of light all steel fastener also meets the requirements of the national standard.Through the coMParative analysis of the test results and the finite element results,two reasons affecting the anti-sliding performance are put forward,and the concept of the anti-sliding performance correction coefficient of the fastener is put forward.After calculation,the anti-sliding performance correction coefficient is?1=0.3,?2=0.8,which is used to correct the influence caused by the unfavorable factors in the actual construction,and the test can be directly obtained by multiplying the simulation calculation results by the adjustment coefficient?Actual taxi displacement in.?2?The spring-back phenomenon of typical parts in the production of new light all steel fastener was studied.Combined with the stress-strain relationship of blank,the mathematical model of spring-back of parts is constructed,and the spring-back compensation angle of each process in the forming process of parts is obtained.At the same time,the solution of controlling spring-back is given,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of convex and concave die of fastener.?3?The technological process of fastener and the design of die are studied.First of all,the technological analysis of the parts is carried out,the forming scheme of the fastener is determined,then the three-dimensional model and two-dimensional model of the production die are established,and the finite element analysis of the convex and concave die in the die is carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.Finally,the maximum equivalent force of the die and the maximum deformation of the die are obtained,and the most vulnerable part of the convex and concave die in the die is pointed out The design of stamping and bending die for new light all steel fastener provides the basis.
