The rapid development of science and technology,not only bring a wealth of customers and the active market,more bring challenges,global society after the second world war has entered a market demand for diversified stages of development,the production requirements of manufacturing to the direction of many varieties,small batch and single variety,large quantities of assembly line production mode is increasingly obvious,and the weakness of China's manufacturing industry began to gradually lose the advantage of cheap labor and production costs are high,factory logistics multifarious disturbance and flexible product line,product reliability has been questioned,and a series of problems exposed,many Chinese companies in the face of increasingly fierce global competition,the reform of China's manufacturing sector is eyebrow nimble.This paper is based on the research results in the literature and to carry out the lean production on the basis of a large number of empirical analysis to summarize research topic,thesis mainly in Z company production line as the background,through to the production line of product family deeply analysis and field investigation,and application of the whole value stream mapping VSM identification form of all kinds of waste in the production process,in view of the various waste burst point to carry out the lean improvement countermeasures,this paper used the improvement countermeasures are mainly concentrated in lean six sigma,fast changing mould,the design optimization of layout SLP and other practical tools,so as to realize Z corporation production costs down,improve efficiency,improve product quality,flexible production line increase yield significantly.
