| In recent years,the rapid developments of the car industry provide tire industry with a huge market.It also put forward serious challenges to tire molds industry.It not only requires the delivery cycle increasingly short,but also requires the accuracy,quality and mold life higher and higher.At present,the industry demand short period manufacturing process and low cost tire mold.This article compares many processing methods of tire molds by analyzing the processing technology of the tire molds.Each processing method has inevitable shortcomings.This paper tried out a new tire mold production process,researched the technological process.The experimental results prove that it is a promising processing method.Firstly obtain the tire molds sand by the method of Profile failure-based laser rapid prototyping,analyze the influence factors in the forming process of sand,and obtain the optimization of parameters through the experiment including laser power,speed of scanning laser coated sand and spread powder thickness.Provide the basis for selecting parameters in the processing of the decorative pattern.We finished tire molds casting with the most ideal material AC7A aluminum alloy by gravity casting.And then analyses the composition,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy.Finally the casting is experienced machining by high speed milling.And the final mold is experienced quality evaluation.Through the experimental study we get influence factors of surface roughness including spindle speed and feed per tooth.high speed milling of decorative pattern of parameter optimization has some significance.It has some significance on parameter optimization of decorative pattern. |
