Nowadays,economic globalization has become the trend of the times,customers need more and more,diversion trend is obvious,multinational enterprises are facing new business and competition challenges.How to shorten the supply period,improve product quality,reduce product costs and so on need to be solved urgently.Reforming the traditional purchasing mode and increasing the proportion of domestic purchasing have become important means for enterprises to cope with market competition and adjustment.Procurement is an essential part of modern enterprise management.Through strengthening the control of purchasing chain,the cost of purchasing can be effectively reduced,the quality of products can be improved,and the efficiency and efficiency of purchasing can be improved continuously.In addition,the use of more advanced management methods and means to promote enterprise quality and efficiency,to achieve long-term development goals.This paper will analyze the purchasing management of C company from the perspective of purchasing management and supply chain,in order to continuously,promote the company’s business performance,and bring useful experience to other companies as a reference to promote the parts and components supporting industry to achieve stable and sustainable development.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The problems of C company’s purchasing management:first,supplier selection and management are not perfect;second,procurement management is not perfect;third,inventory management is unreasonable;fourth,information management lags behind.(2)Adopting the methods of investigation and analysis,AHP and so on,this paper designs the procurement management plan of C Company from the aspects of supplier selection and management,procurement management,inventory management,information management and so on.(3)C enterprise procurement management program is implemented to support the specific measures include:organization,funds,mechanisms,talent and other aspects of the guarantee measures.By studying the procurement mode,we can see that procurement management is a systematic work,which covers all the processes and links of procurement business.Strengthen the management of purchasing,according to the development and change of purchasing business,accurately predict business risks and emergencies,do a good job of preventive measures in advance,effectively improve the level of purchasing t management,improve management efficiency.In the raw material procurement,the introduction of procurement management method can effectively improve the procurement efficiency and efficiency.It can not only help enterprises choose the appropriate strategic suppliers,but also further reduce the procurement cost,enhance the company’s core competitive strength,promote the company to achieve stable and sustainable development.This paper studies the reform and innovation of purchasing management in C company,and studies how to optimizing the procurement management system is competitiveness of supply chain.It provides valuable reference for traditional manufacturing enterprises to improve the procurement management,optimize the procurement process,and improve the efficiency of the procurement supply chain.
