As the country attaches importance to energy conservation and environmental protection,increasingly stringent energy consumption indicators and environmental protection requirements have put more and more pressure on the survival of the coal power industry.In order to meet the latest requirements of the country,small and medium thermal power units in various places have been upgraded and upgraded for energy saving through various methods,such as steam turbine flow modification,boiler heating modification,cross-generation upgrading and transformation,etc.to reduce coal consumption and increase energy saving level to achieve national or local Requirements of environmental protection standards.Xu Kuang Power Plant was constructed as a subcritical pure condensing coal power unit,using Dongqi’s circulating fluidized bed boiler body and SAIC’s K156 imported steam turbine generator unit.In order to reduce energy consumption,improve economic benefits,and meet environmental protection requirements,In response to the Xuzhou Municipal Government’s "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" policy on regional central heating and coal-fired generation transformation and ecological construction requirements,since 2017,steam turbine unit heating transformation,desulfurization and denitrification transformation and chemical water conversion have been carried out successively.Heating renovation is the most important project.First,it analyzes and points out the background of the thesis research,the significance of benefit evaluation of heating renovation,and the importance of benefit evaluation on heating renovation.Understand the application of improving operating efficiency and comprehensive efficiency evaluation,and determine the research direction and technical roadmap of the thesis.Then the Xu Kuang Power Plant’s heating renovation project is introduced,and the conditions of the heating renovation works including the main technical design principles,heating parameters and pipe network layout of the heating renovation project are explained and analyzed.Based on the introduction of the current situation of the heating renovation project,the expert scoring method is adopted to determine the main factors affecting the comprehensive benefits of the heating renovation project,and these factors are analyzed and researched and determined as evaluation indicators.Finally,based on constructing the Integrated benefit evaluation index system of heating renovation,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to conduct empirical research on the comprehensive benefit of heating renovation.The application steps of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are described,and the method is applied to the heating renovation project,and the comprehensive benefit of the heating renovation project is evaluated as "excellent".Based on the analysis results of the previous article,together with the actual situation of the heating renovation project,the corresponding measures to enhance the comprehensive benefits of the heating renovation project are proposed.From the market aspect,the focus is to grasp the cooperation with the heating company and actively expand the heating market;from the technical level,For the equipment and official website of the heating system,tap the potential to improve energy-saving management;from the aspect of economic benefits,it is necessary to improve the quality and stability of the supplied steam,and use the competitiveness of the product to grasp the market,thereby bringing higher supply Heat bargaining power;from the perspective of social benefits,it is necessary to face up to the problem of the increase in air pollutant emissions after heating is realized,increase technological input to reduce emissions and reduce consumption,integrate into the development of Pan’an Lake Scenic Area,and seek benefits from the environment.
