| With the continuous expansion of various domestic infrastructures,a large amount of silt and mucky soil will be produced in the coastal areas and river distribution areas of our country every year. The basic physical and mechanical properties of mucky soil are relatively poor. The stacking of mucky soil will inevitably bring about some problems, such as environmental pollution, occupying urban space and high storage and transportation costs. In this context,we started the study of the solidified mucky soil for nearby Subgrade filling. However, the use of traditional curing materials is expensive, and during the production process,CO2 and other greenhouse gases are easily generated. Therefore,it is possible to study curing materials that meet the performance of roads by adding industrial waste to the mucky soil.To this end, this article mainly carried out the following work:(1)By analyzing the curing mechanism of inorganic curing agents, this article choose blast furnace slag, fly ash and calcium carbide slag as curing materials, and configure the curing agent for curing Taizhou mucky soil.(2)By using the mixture test design and the unconfined compressive strength test method, the model relationship between the strength of the solidified soil and the three admixtures was obtained, and the best ratios under different ages which includes7d,14d and 28d were calculated. The final formulation of the curing agent was determined by comprehensive comparison. Finally, the curing mechanism of the curing agent was studied from microscopic view.(3)To verify the road performance of the mucky soil solidified by the solidifying agent, water stability,dry-wet cycling, permeability, and economic performance were taken into consideration.By establishing the functional relationship between the strength of the solidified soil and the age,the strength of solidified soil changes with age was predicted.(4)The influence of the water content and the content of solidifying agent on the solidification effect of mucky soil was explored through unconfined compressive strength, water stability and dry-wet cycle tests. The study results demonstrate that the mucky soil solidified by the curing agent configured with blast furnace slag, fly ash and calcium carbide slag has higher strength under 28d age,and its water stability, resistance to dry and wet cycles and impermeability are better than that of lime soil. This curing material is a better material for subgrade filling, with higher economic benefit than lime soil. Moreover, the water content and the content of the curing agent have a significant impact on the curing effect of the cured soil. |
