| With the continuous deepening of reform and opening.China’s economic development speed has increased rapidly. Two industrial solid wastes, such as desulfurization gypsum and fly ash,are widely used in practical projects. At present,The resource utilization of industrial waste is one of the effective ways to avoid environmental pollution.Using cement, fly ash and desulfurization gypsum as external additives to solidify the expansive soil.Designing a new type of composite cement cured expansive soil material by orthogonal design.By the method of laboratory tests to analyze the influence of curing agent incorporation and curing age on the unconfined compression strength, permeability and resistance to drying-wetting cycle performance. And do microscopic experimental study. The test results provide experimental basis for the design of industrial waste residue improved expansive soil.1、Investigate the optimal mix ratio of solidified expansive soil by progressive method.Curing of cement expansive soil unconfined compression test at different cement ratio, different curing period, analyze its strength properties.Adding fly ash and desulfurization gypsum to the cement solidified soil.Analyzing the influence of different blending amounts on the unconfined compression strength of soil samples2、Design an orthogonal test, exploring the influence of composite incorporation of cement, fly ash and desulfurization gypsum on the unconfined compression strength of solidified soil.Obtaining the optimum blending ratio of the composite solidified soil, and conduct microscopic experimental research.Explaining the reason why the strength characteristics of composite cement solidified soil is better than that of ordinary cement solidified soil.3、Analyzing the effect of curing age on the strength of different types of solidified soil samples. The test results show that with the increase of curing age,the unconfined compression strength of the solidified soil increases. However, the increase rate of strength in the early stage of conservation is greater than the increase rate of strength in the later stage of conservation.4、Analyzing the impermeability of composite cement solidified soil and compared with ordinary cement solidified soil. The verification results show that under different ages and different osmotic pressures, the impermeability of composite cement solidified soil is better than ordinary cement solidified soil with different cement blending ratio.5、Analyzing the wetting-dry resistance of composite cement cured soil and compared with ordinary cement solidified soil. The experimental results show that the dry-wet resistance of composite cement-cured soil is stronger than that of ordinary cement-cured soil. When the curing age is 28d and 60d,the strength of the ordinaiy cement solidified soil is generally reduced after the end of 15 dry and wet cycles, while the strength of the composite cement solidified soil is slightly improved.Figure[58]table[19]reference[62]... |
