Since the innovation and opening of our country, China's highways have made significant progress along with the economic development. But the roads are constructed so much that the project materials become increasingly tense and even cause the stone supply shortage of part area or the exhaustedness of stone. Moreover, large number of the deforestation cause that the natural environment has a certain degree of damage, this does not conform to the requirements of building a resource-saving and environmentally-friendly society in the period of socio-economic transformation of China construction. Meanwhile, in the process of using the traditional semirigid skeleton materials, there is also some shortage such as a low early strength, being easily to produce cracks and so on. Therefore, green, having good performance and the low prices of new road construction materials are now urgently needed. Making the adoption of the Soil Stabilizer to reinforce the soil and making use of the soil along the path of road for construction is commonly considered as one of the practices at home and abroad.The dissertation bases Nong'an to Changchun arterial highway to a study commissioned by the Shanghai Tianci Industrial Limited Company, assesses the reinforcement effect of its company-BS type soil curing agent on the soil section. The test has been accomplished in the Department Bridge Laboratory and State Road 101 Laboratory Center of the Changchun Tianda Supervision companies. As a experiment contrast, the other two Soil Stabilizer were selected to study the effect of soil reinforcement, as well as the characteristics of solidified soil strength of BS type Soil Stabilizer and the influencing factors of soil strength. There are five chapters, chapter III and IV of this part is the core of the dissertation.The first chapter is introduction, this paper shows the significance of the dissertation and the status quo of soil stabilizer at home and abroad. In the recent years, although the traditional grass roots material is widely used, the production of construction materials consumes a lot of natural resources. The purpose of this study bases on the aspect of energy conservation and environmental protection to find an alternative to traditional grass roots material soil stabilizer, and provides a reference material for the soil stabilizer popularized and applied in Changchun.Chapter II of this paper makes the preparation for the introduction of interrelated theory and experiment. This chapter briefly introduced the classification, application and reinforcement mechanism of soil stabilizer. Meanwhile, it makes the character analysis of the experimental materials: soil, lime, cement etc, the preparation for the next stabilizer experiment, and the analysis of compaction test of test soil. It shows the mixture compaction curve mixed of lime, cement, which provides the calculation basis for solidified soil mixture.Chapter III is the focus of the dissertation, which mainly contrasts effect of three type soil stabilizer to reinforce soil. The test use soil samples which are dug in Nong'an County soil field as the test of soil. Besides the BS type soil curing agent supplied by cooperator, we also select two more representative stabilizer which are from the current domestic application and introduced earlier as a contrast, one is EN-1 type soil stabilizer, and the other is Aught-set type soil stabilizer. The unconfined compressive strength of three type curing agent solidified soil is studied and as the criteria of judging of its reinforcement. The test proved that EN-1 type soil stabilizer supplied by the dealers has poor reinforcement effect to the test soil ample at its commended mixture ratio. The test samples destroy immediately after soaking and have poor water stability; Aught-set soil type stabilizer has more obvious reinforcement effect to test soil samples, whose early strength can meet the standard requirements, and has a higher late intensity. But because of the best mixture ratio of 15%, a relatively large amount, higher than the price of cement, poor economic efficiency; to the test soil samples, BS type soil stabilizer has well reinforcement effect, high early strength, the steady growth of late strength, small amount, pollution-free, and has the practical application value.Chapter IV is the core of this dissertation. Firstly, according to the nineteen kinds of mixture ratio supplied by the dealer, BS type soil stabilizer is studied to test its seven days unconfined compressive strength, and use it as a selection criteria to confirm that the best mixture ratio of BS type soil stabilizer is that lime of 5%, curing agent of 0.25%. Secondly, according to the BS type solidified soil at its best mixture ratio, we test the unconfined compressive strength under different conditions to research the impact on the intensity of amount of lime ratio, stabilizer ratio, age, the degree of compaction, water content, and Conservation condition. From the test, it shows that lime and curing agent both has its best content usage, with the usage too much or too little all will reduce the intensity of solidified soil. Following the increase of age and the degree of compaction, strength of solidified soil has also risen. Water content has great effect on the strength of BS type solidified soil, the strength will be of the most value on the best water content of less than 1%.The higher the temperature, the greater the humidity, the better effect for the strength of solidified soil. This research of influencing factors can be used as the guidance for the actual application of stabilizer. Finally, there is a stress-strain relationship of BS type soil stabilizer to analyze its characteristics. Generally speaking, to the BS solidified soil ,at the early period of loading, Stress-strain curve is similar to the line and accord with linear-elasticity relation basically; when the outside intensity is to be limit, brittle fracture of solidified soil appears soon, with little residual strength after the damage, the intensity of solidified soil with long-term and great intensity decay fast.Chapter V of this dissertation is the last chapter .As the summary of the text, it summarize the work of the whole dissertation and indicate the contents and direction which need to continue to study at the next step. |
