A large number of coal mining subsidence wetlands have been formed in the eastern plains of Huanghuai area in China due to coal resource mining,which has caused a series of social,environmental and economic problems.On the basis of land reclamation and comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence wetlands,China has explored an effective path to construct wetland parks with the goal of improving the ecological environment and human settlements.With the promotion and construction of the coal mining subsidence wetland park,exploring the construction effect of the park and evaluating the ecological,economic and social benefits after ecological restoration has gradually become a research hotspot.However,the quantitative evaluation of social benefits is relatively rare.Based on the evaluation of landscape performance,this thesis attempts to construct an evaluation system for the social landscape performance of coal mining subsidence wetland park,in order to provide a scientific and feasible evaluation framework for the social landscape performance measurement of coal mining subsidence wetland park.Based on the evaluation methods related to social performance,this thesis choose the applicable research methods to evaluate the social landscape performance of coal mining subsidence wetland park.The evaluation index set is established based on the characteristics of the Landscape Performance Series,Cultural Ecosystem Services and coal mining subsidence wetland park.Then the relevant evaluation indexes are screened in combination with the research objects,expert opinions and field investigations.Then AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)is used to determine the weight of indicators and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish evaluation criteria.Finally In the end,28 evaluation indexes from 5 dimensions were adopted to construct the social landscape performance evaluation framework of the coal mining subsidence wetland park.In order to verify the feasibility of the social landscape performance evaluation system of coal mining subsidence wetland park constructed,an empirical study was conducted with Pan’an Lake National Wetland Park and Jiuli Lake National Wetland Park as the research objects.Obtain basic data through questionnaire surveys,analyze the evaluation characteristics of the social landscape performance elements of the two coal mining subsidence wetland parks,and calculate the total value of the social landscape performance evaluation and the importance-performance analysis.Based on the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the two coal mining subsidence wetland parks and through the comparison analysis of the residents and tourists evaluation results,it is clear that the influencing factors of the social landscape performance of the coal mining subsidence wetland park are geographic location,formation process,planning and design schemes,and operation mode.Finally,the strategy for the optimization and enhancement of the social landscape performance of Xuzhou coal mining subsidence wetland park is proposed in the followingfive aspects:recreation and social value,landscape and scenery quality,science education value,cultural heritage value and community service value. |
