Research On Risk Management Of Financial Leasing In Private Indepentdent Medical Imaging Diagnosisi Center

In recent years,with the improvement of living standards and the aggravation of the problem of population aging,People’s demand for medical resources is increasing day by day.At present,the huge contradiction between medical resource supply and medical resource demand is increasingly prominent.The new medical reform in 2015,to promote the development of medical industry,to encourage social capital to enter the medical and health industry and set up medical institutions,to promote the linkage of grading diagnosis and treatment between public and private medical institutions at all levels.Against this background,private independent third-party medical imaging diagnosis center came into being at the historic moment.Since December 2016,the Health Planning Commission has officially issued a document clarifying the implementation standards of the independent medical imaging diagnostic center,and the private capital imaging center has ushered in a golden period of development.The problem of funds has become an important factor restricting the development and growth of private medical institutions in medical imaging centers.Financial leasing is expected to become a powerful provider of funds for private medical imaging centers,and the supply of funds will greatly promote the development of medical imaging industry.However,due to the recognition of the industry,the professionalism of personnel and the level of capital gains,few financial leasing companies in the market are operating for independent medical imaging centers.This paper summarizes the main risk points faced by private independent medical imaging centers by combining the actual case analysis method,industry professional interview method and theoretical research method.Based on the main risk points of private medical imaging centers,a risk assessment model for medical imaging centers is established.Finally,based on the risk assessment model,the risk prevention measures for financial leasing based on the independent medical imaging center are given.Hope this paper can provide a reference for financial leasing companies in risk management,so as to expect more financial leasing companies to extend credit to independent medical imaging diagnosis centers,solve the financial problem of private medical imaging diagnosis centers,and promote the development of private medical imaging diagnosis centers so as to implement the policy of private medical imaging diagnosis,graded diagnosis and medical insurance fee control advocated by the new medical reform more quickly and better.
