Research On Public Cultural Space Design Of Dazhai Village In Xiushan County Under The Background Of Rural Abandoned Residential Reuse

With the development of new rural construction rapidly,to remodeling and re-planning a lot of abandoned rural houses is very urgent.At the same time,rural cultural construction also urgently needs to be strengthened.At present,there are a few public cultural spaces that can meet villagers’ needs in rural areas.In 2019,Wang Yang,standing committee of the political bureau of the CPC central committee,pointing out: The construction of basic public cultural services in rural areas is an important part of implementing of the revitalization strategy and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization at the conference about constructing of basic public cultural services in rural areas strongly.On the one hand,construction of culture needs to be strengthened urgently,on the other hand,there are a lot of abandoned houses that need to be transformed and re-planned in rural areas.Integrating the two aspects to improve the construction of rural public culture through the reuse of abandoned residential houses is also a new idea and development strategy.Among the existing research results,there are few studies on the transformation or reuse of abandoned residential houses as public cultural spaces,there are currently two phenomena in rural areas: abandoned houses and difficulties in the construction of public cultural spaces,this article combines the two aspects and conducts research from five aspects: the research background,the necessity and practical needs of reusing abandoned rural houses as public cultural spaces,and so on.The author surveyed and collected data on Chongqing houses,ancient towns,etc,sorted out and analyzed the renovation case data in some areas of Chongqing,summarized the regularity of abandoned house renovation,and summarized the design methods of reusing abandoned houses as public cultural spaces,as follows:1.Prior to the transformation of design,Conducting an in-depth understanding and investigation of the surrounding environment historical context,construction characteristics,and users ’ living habits is very necessary which is to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent design.2.About reusing abandoned houses as the public cultural spaces,the internal structure can adopt methods such as functional replacement according to the modification needs.3.For the features parts of the abandoned buildings,it need to be designed on the basis of restoration and protection,and it needs to reflect the rustic flavor and local elements,can moderately increase modern materials,make it a sense of contrast with the original materials of the dwelling,Highlight the sense of history of the folk house.Reusing abandoned houses as public cultural spaces is a way of protecting traditional buildings and culture,it can also save construction costs for the construction of rural public cultural spaces.After summarying the regularity of transformation and the method of designing,the author investigated the Dazhai Village in-depthly,exploring the method of harmonious coexistence between abandoned houses and modern technology,through design,validate the methods and methods for the transformation of abandoned houses summarized earlier in the article through design,extend the use time limit of abandoned residential houses,the article studies in detail how to reuse abandoned houses as public cultural spaces,hoping to provide some references for the subsequent reuse of abandoned houses as public cultural spaces or other related research.
