Under the progress of urbanization in China,the post-industrial renaissance has begun to show the results with the development of the inventory.In recent years,the emergence of many successful industrial reuse reminds that under the background of the stock era,the transformation of old industrial buildings presents a trend of development from singlely concerning space value to urban spiritual culture and urban daily life.This paper focuses on the abandoned shipyards with distinct industrial characteristics,and takes the most typical dock space of the old shipyards as the entry point.With the improvement of waterfront ecological environment,the urban waterfront has gradually changed from production to life,and the location value of the waterfront has gradually emerged..However,the dock space,as an important shipbuilding activity of shipyard,is not fully utilized because of its special "pit" space form,small quantity and recent years,which leads to the public’s inadequate understanding of its spatial value,or is demolished and filled,or only recognizes the landscape or architectural value.Therefore,the author applies the “Symbiosis Theory ” to the reuse of the abandoned shipyard dock space and the “Symbiosis Theory ”emphasizes the diversity,integrity and mutual benefit,which has enlightening effect on the reuse of the dock space.In this paper,the abandoned shipyard dock space is taken as the research object,and the Symbiosis theory is taken as the method guide to construct the symbiotic design method system of the old shipyard dock space.The paper hopes to start from the transformation of,the abandoned shipyard dock space and reflect the value orientation of the transformation of old industrial buildings and its relevance to urban development in the context of the stock renewal era.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part: theory summary,combing the related practice,typical theory and the interpretation of Symbiosis theory in different disciplines,extracting the core ideas suitable for this study,as the theoretical basis for the space transformation of abandoned shipyard docks;the second part: basic investigation,the relationship between dock space and shipbuilding production,dock space characteristics,existing dock reform.The third part: system construction,analysis of opportunities and difficulties in space renovation of abandoned shipyard docks,and use Symbiosis theory to build a relatively systematic and complete strategy system for space renovation of abandonded shipyard docks;the fourth part: strategy research,combined with a large number of practical cases,detailed symbiotic design strategy for space renovation of abandonded shipyard docks.The fifth part: practice has proved that combined with the optimization design of dock space in the Dahe River Shipyard,the symbiotic strategy is applied in practice to verify the feasibility of the design strategy.To sum up,this paper completes the research process of putting forward problems,analyzing problems,solving problems and guiding practice through five parts,hoping to provide some new inspiration for the transformation practice of old industrial buildings under the background of stock renewal era. |
