| With the establishment and implementation of national rural revitalization strategy,Land Planning System began to build,rural development and construction of new opportunities,village planning is also facing great challenges and changes.Under the superposition of these two backgrounds,the ideas and methods of village planning in the new period will inevitably change as well,such as the road layout of village planning.Compared with the village planning in the past,the territorial space planning system in the new period emphasizes the regional overall planning,urban and rural overall planning and so on.This paper follows the train of thought of "theoretical research--methodological discussion--empirical research".By using the method of network database and library literature search,this paper sorts out the related research progress of village planning,and grasps the research trends accurately.On this basis,the relevant research results of the division of planning units are summarized and analyzed,and the theoretical framework of the paper is constructed.First of all,this paper analyzes and systematically understands the background of territorial spatial planning,rural revitalization,new urbanization,regional development and regional linkage,on the basis of cognition and summary,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and development trend of village planning,and under the guidance of regional coordination idea,resource integration theory and regional integration theory,the division method of village planning units is finally determined by referring to relevant literature theory.Secondly,the factors affecting the division of village planning units were determined by collecting and sorting out relevant documents and relevant regulations of village planning.In this paper,the qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to establish the evaluation system of the factors affecting the division of village planning units,and the evaluation results are used as the basis for the division of the units.Paper in the end,with zhao chuan Zhen Town domain division of village planning units as an example for empirical study,through field investigation to obtain data on Zhao Chuan Town village,carries on the comprehensive analysis and the processing to the collected data,the method is used to divide the unit of village planning,to verify the feasibility of the method,to combine theory with practice,and to verify the scientificity of the theory through the feasibility of practice.The research on the division of village planning units is an exploration and innovation for the future spatial development of rural areas in China and has a demonstration and guiding significance for village planning practice. |
