| With the popularization of modern transportation,the Wuxi Ancient Canal no longer assumes the transportation function,and the waterfront of the canal has become an important place for citizens and tourists to enjoy leisure activities.Therefore,how to improve the quality of Wuxi’s ancient canal waterfront landscape through optimized design and meet the increasingly diverse needs of users has become an important topic for current research.Domestic research on the ancient canal has mostly focused on the statistics and protection of its cultural heritage.In waterfront landscape related research,most of them are based on qualitative analysis by professional researchers,and objective quantitative analysis is relatively rare.In order to solve this problem,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is gradually applied to landscape evaluation research.It can quantitatively analyze the subjective evaluation of experts and users,and then obtain relatively accurate and rigorous evaluation results,thereby providing accurate design for the optimization of the landscape.And targeted guidance.In order to explore the important factors affecting the quality of the canal waterfront landscape and the optimization method of the landscape effect,this paper uses the AHP to construct a landscape quality evaluation system from three levels of landscape aesthetics,social and cultural elements,and natural ecological elements,so as to comprehensive evaluation,put forward optimization strategies and a specific optimization design method.The final evaluation results show that among the three factors that affect the waterfront landscape of the ancient canal in Wuxi,natural ecological elements have the greatest impact on the landscape effect,followed by social and cultural elements,and the smallest is the aesthetic element of the landscape.Therefore,in order to create a better canal waterfront landscape,it is necessary to improve the social service function of the space on the basis of satisfying a good natural ecology,and combine historical and cultural factors to take into account the beauty of the landscape.This study uses the AHP to evaluate and analyze the waterfront landscape of the ancient canal in Wuxi.The first is to quantify the subjective conclusions based on qualitative analysis to make the evaluation results more objective;the second is to make the evaluation subject more diversified and make the evaluation system more objective.It is perfect and convincing;the third is that the conclusion is more pertinent.When optimizing,you can first focus on the landscape elements that have the greatest impact on the overall landscape quality and the poor status quo,so as to improve the efficiency of optimization.Finally,according to the evaluation results,specific optimization design strategies and methods are proposed,which provide specific implementation basis and steps for the optimization of the waterfront landscape of the ancient canal in Wuxi,and provide a certain reference for the planning and transformation of the waterfront landscape of other sections of the canal. |
