Research On The Protection And Renewal Design Of The Culturallandscape Of Wuxi Ancient Canal From A Global Perspective

At present,the construction of the cultural belt of the Grand Canal in China has become the focus of attention and protection of the state,and the excavation of its historical and cultural connotations has become the focus of attention of society and academia.As a new concept of protection in modern times,the evolution and development of cultural landscape is becoming more and more mature,which can guide the protection and renewal of cultural landscape.Wuxi is more than 3000 years away from Tabernacle.In different historical stages,various cultural forms emerge one after another,and those cultural marks with certain characteristics of the times gradually fade away.But the canal has been playing its role,continuing its lasting vitality.This paper studies the protection and renewal of the ancient canal cultural landscape in Wuxi based on the urban planning,explores the value of the ancient canal cultural landscape,analyzes the relationship between the current situation of the ancient canal and the urban development,and puts forward the principles and strategies for the protection and renewal of the ancient canal cultural landscape in Wuxi from the perspective of the whole region.First of all,through the introduction of the research background and related concepts,this paper defines the cultural landscape,canal cultural landscape protection and Wuxi ancient canal research object.Then from the evolution process and value analysis of the ancient canal cultural landscape in Wuxi,the author combs the general situation of the ancient canal cultural landscape in Wuxi,and expounds the problems and status quo of the protection and renewal of the ancient canal cultural landscape,so as to find out the problems,and then pave the way for the later principles and strategies.In the fourth chapter,the author combs the relationship between Wuxi ancient canal and the city,and the relationship between Wuxi ancient canal and the city space.The fifth chapter summarizes the principles and strategies of protecting and renewing the ancient canal cultural landscape in Wuxi.Finally,in view of the above present situation question analysis and the strategy proposal,through the Wuxi ancient canal south section as an example,carries on the cultural landscape renewal design,carries on the renewal from the cultural state,the format,the ecology,the life four aspects to carry on the design renewal,in order to unify the global angle of view protection and the renewal theory and the practice,hoped that provides certain model value and the significance to the Wuxi ancient canal cultural landscape protection and the renewal.
