In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the party and the government adheres to the guidance of ecological civilization thought,promoting the ecological construction.Stage achievements have been made in water resources development,river pollution control and river basin environmental management.Significant progress has been made in the dual control of water resources and water ecological progress.However,the ecological restoration work and ecological landscape construction of the established rivers still need to be further improved.Guided by the ecological concept,this study evaluates the waterfront landscape of the Qinhuai River comprehensively and puts forward the restoration strategies according to the evaluation results.It is committed to solving the ecological problems of the outer Qinhuai River waterfront landscape,improving the positive role of the river system in the urban ecosystem of Nanjing,and realizing the sustainable development of the urban waterfront space.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to comprehensively evaluate the waterfront landscape environment of the Qinhuai River.Based on the evaluation results and combined with the waterfront landscape environment,relevant optimization suggestions are put forward.First,the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and technical route are described.The related theories of landscape ecology and restoration ecology are summarized.The research progress of river ecological restoration and waterfront landscape evaluation at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly,the evaluation index system of waterfront landscape was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation model of outer waterfront landscape was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The landscape of the outer Qinhuai River waterfront is divided into five aspects:natural ecology,artificial landscape,history and culture,service facilities and management.Twenty-two specific evaluation indexes were established to evaluate its waterfront landscape.The waterfront landscape of outer Qinhuai River is divided into six sections:Sanchahekou to Qinglangmen bridge section,Qinglangmen bridge to Jiqingmen bridge section,Jiqingmen bridge to Yuhua bridge section,Yuhua bridge to outer Qinhuai River bridge section,outer Qinhuai River bridge to Shangfang bridge section,Shangfang bridge to Dongshan bridge section.This paper objectively evaluates the use of different landscape sections of the outer Qinhuai River from the point of view of users,and points out their advantages and problems.The results show that:(1)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the whole waterfront landscape in Outer Qinhuai River is E2.Among the six landscape sections,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the waterfront landscape in Sanchahekou to Qinglangmen bridge section is E3.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the other five landscape sections of the waterfront landscape is E2.(2)Users’ evaluation on artificial landscape and service facilities of Qinhuai River waterfront landscape is higher than that on natural landscape.(3)The waterfront landscape of the outer Qinhuai River has great difference in the historical and cultural level and the service facilities level,but little difference in the management level.(4)The three sections with the best waterfront landscape effect are Qinglangmen bridge to Jiqingmen bridge section,Jiqingmen bridge to Yuhua bridge section and Shangfang bridge to Dongshan bridge section in turn.Finally,according to the evaluation results,combined with the current situation of waterfront landscape and guided by landscape ecology and restoration ecology theory,the solution strategies are put forward at three scales:small,medium and large.It is expected to provide reference for the construction,management and evaluation of waterfront landscape in the future.
