Research On Optimization Strategy Of Visualization Tools In Community Participatory Design

For the residents living in the community,the community is not only a place to meet the living needs,but also needs to improve the quality of life of the residents,to meet their spiritual and cultural needs.In the context of the rising voice of community residents governance,the participatory design into community construction and management,and into the planning of community activities,is the direction of community development and the only way.How to make the visualization tools more effective for the members of the community design team and make the residents’ community participation more active and sustainable in the actual process of participatory design for the community,finally through the design of a reasonable and feasible community planning,is the original intention of this study.In the context of China’s cultural and social environment,this paper hopes to explore the use of visual tools in community participatory design,and to build design strategies with practical significance and research value.In this research,firstly,the concept of community participatory design is defined,and the current situation,characteristics and applications of participatory design and community participatory design are summarized.Then it discusses the types and characteristics of visual tools in participatory design,and the related cases of community participatory design,thus,three key factors that influence the visualization tools of community participatory design are extracted: firstly,the four design stages of community participatory design,and secondly,the theme of community activity planning,finally is the community activity plan main body namely the participant,and has carried on the thorough research to three essential factors.In the research phase,the research on the three elements proposed in the previous phase was carried out,and a workshop experiment was carried out to study the usability and utility of the visualization tool,and its correlation with the three elements,based on this,a model of participatory design visualization tools is built,and several kinds of visualization tools are analyzed by using the model,and the characteristics of each visualization tool are obtained.Finally,combining the theory research and the practice test,it constructs the community participatory design visualization tool strategy which has certain practice and research value.This topic for the community participatory design visualization tool proposed for the community participatory design stage,community activity theme,team members of the three elements of the strategy.The first is the optimization strategy for the stage characteristics,including setting up the multimedia community information board in the community information display area,and the offline community participants joining the online expert volunteers to build the new media visualization tool,build online systems to engage young people early on,build multi-form and rich visual toolkits,and provide easy-to-use and easy-tomodify static interactive visualizations during discussions,the paper visualization tool should help establish a multi-touch communication process and simplify the media tools in the community discussion process,sentence is too long,please supply a shorter sentence.Three aspects of the optimization strategy together constitute a three-dimensional visual tools to guide the use of planning community activities in participatory design approach to guide the whole process of planning activities more efficient,communication and expression between participants more smoothly and transparently,and can make the design results closer to the needs and expectations of the community residents,thus making the whole community management more sustainable.In this paper,participatory design method is used to study the visualization tools in community activity planning,and a strategic plan with practical value and research significance is constructed.
