The rising rates of Sub-health and Chronic illness makes people pay more attention to their own health. Continuous health monitoring and effective health management become the urgent needs of the people. The wearable intelligent monitoring device which integrated micro-miniaturized sensors, intelligent information processing module and wireless communication module can be embedded in clothing or accessories or as an individual accessory to achieve the functions of detection, analysis, temporary storage and remote wireless transmission of human motion physiological information. It is regarded as an important component of modern health management system. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct research and development of a portable health terminal device which not only satisfies the demands of the user’s personal health parameters monitoring, but also can upload user’s health parameters to the health management server, thus acquires the health intervention plan, and finally realizes the closed loop health management. The work specifically includes the following parts:(1)Through the analysis of business needs of health management services system of our group and application requirements of the portable medical electronic equipment which suitable for families or personal use, we proposed a design method of portable health monitor based on RT-Thread real-time operating system which combined standard modules with independent design. It realized the design of the functional modules such as heart rate measurement module, body temperature measurement module, energy consumption monitoring module, sleep monitoring module, data storage module, GSM/GPRS module, power management module and human interface module.(2)Realizing the functions such as heart rate measurement, body temperature measurement, step calculation and energy consumption by acquisition of signal of ECG, infrared temperature and the acceleration with micro-sensors respectively. First uploaded the health parameters to health management server and acquired the personalized health intervention programs from the server. And then users performed the health tasks with continuously monitoring and evaluation according to the performance circs. At last fulfilled the closed-loop health management system of detection, assessment, intervention and re-detection.(3)The accuracy verification of key parameter indicators as heart rate, body temperature and step calculation of the portable health monitor. We conducted a contrast experiments of heart rate measurement in which forty-five volunteers were involved, the result showed that only one point of 45 points falls outside the 95% LoA through Bland-Altman method.Compared with mercury thermometer temperature measurement, the infrared temperature measurement of the mean error was 0.16℃. Verification accuracy of the step-calculation among three different speeds of fast, medium and slow, the results showed that the measurement accuracy can reach 99.5%.The results show that the health monitor designed by this paper can accurately measuring some health parameters such as heart rate, body temperature and energy consumption. It can also realize the data interact with health management server. This provides a reliable solution for the realization of closed-loop health management model as detection, assessment, intervention and re-detection.
