In the aging context, the high incidence of dementia and the high cost of care imposes a heavy burden on society.Cognitive screening and early intervention are the key to preventing and treating dementia.Traditional cognitive screening methods have limitations in terms of application scenarios, computerized cognitive screening systems make up for the shortcomings of traditional cognitive screening methods. However, insufficient knowledge of disease, fear of using new technologies, and poor user experience have hindered the willingness of older adults to perform cognitive screening behaviors. To enhance the willingness of elderly to participate in cognitive screening behaviors and reduce the serious effects of disease deterioration,it is important to investigate the factors influencing older adults’ cognitive screening behaviors and conduct research on the design of cognitive screening product systems, guided by health behavior change theory and user experience research,in order to enhance the motivation of cognitive screening participants and promote the physical health of elderly.Firstly,we conducted an interdisciplinary study on the knowledge related to cognitive disorders to lay the foundation for the subsequent design of cogniti ve screening content;we conducted research and analysis on health behavior change theory and user experience, sorted out the factors influencing cognitive screening behavior intention from two perspectives of behavior influence and design experience, and constructed a model of cognitive screening product experience and behavior intention for the elderly. Then,we conducted research on system experience and behavioral influencing factors, obtained system experience and behavioral influencing indexes, and compiled measurement scales;made a cognitive screening prototype for model validation through competitive product analysis and professional cognitive screening content framework research, and conducted an empirical study on the willingness to use cognitive screening products for the elderly by combining the measurement scales. Finally, the hypothesis of the relationship between systemic experience influencing factors and behavioral influencing factors and cognitive screening behavioral intention of the elderly was verified by structural equation modality. It was found that system experience,self-efficacy,response efficacy, and subjective norms all positively influenced behavioral intentions, and self-efficacy and response efficacy had a strong mediating effect between system experience and behavioral intentions.Systemic experience significantly influenced elderly people’s self-efficacy and response efficacy, which in turn influenced their willingness to engage in cognitive screening behaviors.Based on the model weights, five experience factors were ranked to predict the use of the cognitive screening system: content quality >functional quality > emotional quality > interaction quality > interface quality.Based on this, the design practice and iterative optimization of the cognitive screening product system were conducted, and the solution with high experience satisfaction was obtained.
