| With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the construction of China’s highway network has been rapidly promoted and a series of remarkable achievements have been made.At the same time,a large number of roads that have been built and put into use have entered the maintenance period.In order to prevent the continuous deterioration of the condition of the old road surface and maintain the service performance and service quality of the road surface,it is necessary to choose the appropriate maintenance means for the road surface in different stages according to the actual situation of the road surface.As an effective preventive maintenance technology,micro surface has the advantages of low cost,short construction period and fast open traffic,etc.,and has been vigorously promoted in China.Micro table technology,however,in the process of actual use effect is not ideal,part of the micro table place the service life of pavement is shorter,greatly limits the micro table place technology in the development zone of preventive maintenance is applied to the promotion,investigate its reason,one of the most prominent problem is the lack of a reasonable and effective evaluation method of emulsified asphalt and the micro table place technology index,part of the laboratory test measured indicators of the lack of scientific nature and applicability,design index of the emulsified asphalt and climate conditions,the load of correlation is poor,difficult to meet the present stage of emulsified asphalt quality control requirements.Emulsified asphalt is one of the main materials of micro surface,its performance is directly related to the quality of micro surface engineering.In this thesis,the SPG test method system of emulsified asphalt is adopted to recommend the SPG grade of emulsified asphalt suitable for different climatic zones in Inner Mongolia according to the climatic conditions and traffic load and other factors,and the high and low temperature performance indexes of emulsified asphalt in each climatic zone are determined according to the technical requirements of SPG.This thesis according to the asphalt pavement climate zoning map of China(temperature)determine the partition of the Inner Mongolia region exists,within each partition select multiple region,its nearly 10 years of extreme meteorological data investigation,through the establishment of the high temperature of LTPP formula model,calculate the district pavement design temperature,on the basis of emulsified asphalt SPG system classification method,determine the adapted to the Inner Mongolia area of emulsified asphalt SPG level of asphalt pavement,and according to different partition level in accordance with the technical requirements of the SPG specification is suitable for the district of emulsified asphalt technical indexes are put forward.Secondly,the high and low temperature performance of modified emulsified asphalt was evaluated from the perspective of rheology.Combined with the existing micro-surface mixture test,the influence of the rheological property and SPG grade of modified emulsified asphalt on the pavement performance of micro-surface mixture and the relationship between the two were analyzed.It further verifies the rationality of the high and low temperature performance index of emulsified asphalt in SPG specification,which provides a certain basis for the application of SPG technical index in the performance evaluation of emulsified asphalt. |
