| During the period of "the eleventh five-year plan" , the construction of road network in our country rapidly advance , meanwhile,roads completed and open to traffic also go into the maintenance and curing time on a large scale.In order to extend roads' working life , it is urgent to study and promote more economy effective preventive maintenance method. The micro-surfacing technology as the main maintenance measures though has vigorously promoted in the domestic , at present the modification emulsified asphalt mostly using modifying agent as SBR latex, it is single in species, and insufficiently ideal in a high temperature stability . And the effect of emulsified asphalt SBS modification is good, but because of emulsified difficulties, never be in a wide range of use. Therefore this paper based on SBS latex as modifier, study the emulsification modification mechanism and the influence on the micro-surfacing mixture road-use performance .Firstly, this paper discusses the significance of employment of both build and maintenance. And introduces the application and research of emulsified bitumen at home and abroad. It explores the mechanism, broken breast mechanism, modification mechanism etc about the emulsifying asphalt in the two aspects of the surface chemistry and road engineering technology , elaborate the influence of factors are in more detail. Theoretically determine the direction of research on the modification emulsified asphalt. Finally choose the star SBS as modifier through comparing the different polymer modified results. Choose two asphalt emulsion way in comparison on effect, determine experimental ideas of the emulsion first then modifying. then investigate the optimal elements of the preparation of bitumen emulsion matrix through orthogonal test and determine he best preparation conditions of emulsifying asphalt, and the modification emulsified bitumen.Secondly, study its use of influence on the performance of the pavement through adjusting the SBS latex content , determine the best dosage SBS latex . After testing and determining the eligibility of the emulsified bitumen's related indexes , it assesses emulsified bitumen evaporation residue's performance that include penetration , softening point, ductility three indexes ,using SHRP performance of modified grading methods . Modification emulsified asphalt inormally in construction, there is no need to heat. Therefore, this paper tries to use SHRP means and save rotating film aging process to evaluate the performance of emulsified asphalt, and compare with the conventional methods. And adopt dynamic shear rheometry and bending beam rheometry to analyse the performance of emulsified bitumen residue such as the anti-rutting, fatigue and cryogenic fracture characteristics. Based on the comprehensive consideration of asphalt three indexes obtained the best dosage, SBS latex is in the best dosage at 6%.Then, the micro-surfacing mixture design combined with guangdong's hot and damp climate, applicate gradation design methods to enhance its way-use performance to meet the practical engineering application.This paper on the research of SBS modification emulsified asphalt preparation , get the stable SBS modification emulsified asphalt , and test and evaluate overall performance , and way-use performance indoor research combining the micro-surfacing mixture design to provide technical support for Chinese highway maintenance, in order to reduce highway maintenance cost, extend road use period, and enhance the social economic benefits. |
