Exploration Of The Inheritance Of China’s Natural Landscape Garden

China’s natural landscape garden is the representative of Chinese national landscape architecture,especially the literati landscape garden,which is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.China’s natural landscape garden is nourished by the natural landscape concept of "harmony between man and nature",and coexists with the landscape culture,and mutates under the joint action of political,economic,cultural and other factors.The inheritance of China’s natural landscape garden with Chinese characteristics is inevitable,necessary and possible.Current researches related to inheritance of China’s natural landscape gardens mostly start from the gardening techniques of traditional gardens,describe and generalize their characteristics.This study begins with the dynamic development course of China’s natural landscape garden,summarize its evolution characteristics,Combining background of current era,explore the connotation and methods of inheritance and creation of China’s natural landscape garden,enrich the theoretical content of inheritance and innovation of Chinese landscape art,and stick to the road of landscape architecture construction with Chinese characteristics.This study expounds reasons and motives of inheriting China’s natural landscape garden.Based on analysis and summary of the existing data,the definition of China’s natural landscape garden is defined.In addition,the study discusses the origin of its formation,combs the development context of China’s natural landscape garden,sums up the characteristics of its development and evolution,summarizes the inheritance connotation of China’s natural landscape garden,and puts forward the "four values","five cores","six principles","five paths" and "three steps" of inheritance of Chinese natural landscape garden.The study points out that China’s natural landscape garden has the inheritance value in four aspects: society,culture,ecology and aesthetics.The core of its inheritance is the multiple functional orientation,the natural landscape,the“Following-Borrowing” of elements,the poetic and picturesque artistic conception construction and the ecological concept of beautiful living.The inheritance of China’s natural landscape garden should follow the six principles of economy about the integrity,regionality,ecology,applicability,coordination and harmony,realizing the goal of inheritance from five paths: the continuation of regional context,the development of functional space,the expression of formal symbols,the use of technical means and the renewal of material construction.Finally,the study combines the heritage connotation with practice,puts forward the creation process sequence of China’s natural landscape garden,and it was applied in the design practice of "yuzisan Cultural Square".The study further realized that "harmony between man and nature" is the deepseated cultural gene of China’s natural landscape garden and the core and soul of China’s natural landscape garden.China’s natural landscape garden is a multidimensional inheritance complex,and its inheritance connotation is multiple and complex.The inheritance and innovation of China’s natural landscape garden cannot be separated.It is two aspects of a process,which need to be viewed and analyzed with a holistic and dialectical perspective.
