At present,with the continuous development of China’s urbanization,people’s high standard of transportation mode has deepened the ground traffic pressure of cities all over the country.Most cities have started the pace of rail transit construction,and the construction of subway engineering projects is particularly important.However,due to the increasingly high requirements for the quality,investment,progress and other indicators of subway project construction,the personnel,equipment and professional aspects involved in subway construction are numerous and complex,which makes the work faced by subway construction units and construction units more and more severe.At the same time,the construction technology of subway construction project is complex,and the construction environment is mostly under the surface,which is obviously restricted by the environment,and faces many potential risks and uncertain factors.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically identify and evaluate the subway construction risk,so as to provide an effective scheme for the subway construction.In this paper,through the systematic analysis of risk management theory,combined with the actual subway construction situation and risk evaluation model,the construction risk management of Qingdao Metro Line 8 is studied.Firstly,this paper systematically expounds the risk management theory at home and abroad,introduces the construction characteristics of subway construction projects,identifies the risk influencing factors from the subway related literature,subway construction technology,the causes of subway construction accidents and the actual situation of the project,and summarizes and classifies the risk factors obtained.Thus,according to the construction principle of the index system,a complete subway construction risk evaluation index system is constructed.Secondly,the combination weighting method and cloud model theory are elaborated.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method are used to determine the combination weight,and the combination weight obtained is applied to the cloud model.By using the idea of conversion between qualitative evaluation and quantitative representation of cloud model,a subway construction risk assessment model based on combination weighting method and cloud model is constructed.Finally,the cloud model risk assessment model constructed above is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the construction of Qingdao Metro Line 8 project,and formulate controllable countermeasures according to the evaluation results,so as to reduce the loss caused by subway construction risk,so as to provide certain reference for the construction risk management of other subway projects.
