With the rapid development of the aviation industry and the advent of the air logistics era,The increasing volume of air traffic makes the Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System(TCAS)plays an increasingly important role in ensuring flight safety.Through the integrated TCAS comprehensive test equipment,the test of TCAS products can be completed independently.Ensure that it can be in a normal and stable and reliable working state,is also a major focus in the field of aviation safety.This thesis takes the scenario simulation of the TCAS test set as the main research object,which is used to test the monitoring and threat computing function of the TCAS computer UNIT.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the convention standards of TCAS in the civil aviation field,the working principle of TCAS was sorted out,and the process of scenario simulation on the TCAS computer UNIT was sorted out: the scenario simulation mainly simulates the RF(radio frequency)signals during the working process of the TCAS computer UNIT at high al-titude,which includes monitoring response signals,ground station interrogation signals,and coordination interrogation and coordination response signals.By simulating these,verify whether the UUT can perform corresponding target tracking,track establishment,and threat resolution according to a given scenario.(2)Conducted key technical analysis for the intruder simulation function,interroga-tion signal analysis function and interrogation signal simulation function required by the test equipment: TCAS monitoring function is based on the airborne secondary radar and A /C mode and S mode communication protocol.Among them,the DF0 and DF16 sig-nals of C mode response and S mode response are used for aircraft position monitoring,carrying information like the height,position and relative slant distance.(3)According to the scenario simulation indicators and functional requirements,based on the idea of modularization,the functions of the scenario simulation output software are divided into five parts: human-computer interaction module,target simulation module,database module,SCPI analysis module and data conversion interface module,which can realize functions like simulation scenarios visual customization,target simulation,and scene import and export: target’s staic or dynamic feature are realative,the dynamic tar-gets’ s position would be updated according their dynamic parameters and dynamic mod-ule? human-computer interaction module provides a simulated radar display area on the interface,supports the visual setting of the relative position of the intruders,and the dis-play of the simulated scene during the simulation? the position can be modified in the intruder setting interface,and the specific fields about coding can be viewed in real time?the Vincenty algorithm is also used to convert the relative horizontal position of the S extended intruders into the latitude and longitude position?(4)Aiming at the control requirements of the relative amplitude and relative phase output of the antenna channel for the azimuth simulation of the intruder,an automatic calibration system for the relative amplitude and relative phase based on VISA library and the measurement function of vector network analyzer is designed,which can be carried out through the designed automatic calibration software.Automatic calibration software can calibrate the relative amplitude and relative phase of the antenna pairs of the TCAS test equipment.(5)Finally,by building verification platform and automatic calibration platform,the designed scene simulation output software and automatic calibration software were par-tially verified.
