In recent years,an increasing number of overseas-funded enterprises are constructing logistics distribution center in inland China due to the extensive marketing requirements and the convenience for transportation.The distribution center which focuses on transferring function has many functional differences though it is attributed to traditional warehouse.It always holds a larger area of site with new technical fire protection design inside.The fire risk is certainly one of the security problem on project risks.As a result,it is necessary to identify its fire risk factors during the operating period due to the large fire load and the diversity of fire influence factor.Then we need to construct a fire risk evaluating model,exploring a suitable assessment system for the similar huge architecture.In this paper,we take the YJ distribution center as research object.Firstly,we illustrate the significance and content of this research,making out its creative point.The focus is on method of fire evaluation besides the description of relative conception and theory.As for the target project,the article has introduced the constructing background and general situation for YJ project,illustrating its fire protection design specialty and fire safety status quos.We also sort the influenced fire risk architecture according to its own designing character and the fire indicators of the similar buildings.Secondly,efficiently identify the fire risk factors using simulated fire model via FDS & STEPS both of which are usually applied in architecture fire research domain.Method of questionnaire is also used,especially for the design,management and personal aspect.Thirdly,we build an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the identified indicator system after that we confirm the fire risk level according to a survey aimed at some experts.The score shows that the fire level locates in the middle-class and optimization is necessarily required.Lastly,we put up the reasons and solutions for this project according to the result of identifying work.The research helps YJ DC recognizes its current fire risk factors precisely and optimizes the daily fire management pattern as well as training system.It also provides similar huge architectures with fire risk assessment reference during its operation.
