Design And Implementation Of Smart Substation Configuration File Management System

In the construction and operation,maintenance management of smart substations,drawing and various SCL configuration files are important technical documents.With the continuous improvement of the power grid scale and intelligence level of the Panzhihua power supply company,the number of substation configuration files has increased rapidly.The manual maintenance-based substation configuration file management mode gradually cannot meet the company’s requirements.Therefore,a set of substation configuration file management system is designed and implemented in this thesis.In the research,the configuration file type and management content of intelligent substation are analyzed firstly.On this basis,according to the function orientation of the system,the technical route based on.NET Web technology and SQL Server database is established.Then,the status quo and problems of substation configuration file business management of Panzhihua power supply company are investigated,the necessity of the system is analyzed,and the overall research and development objectives of the system are proposed.According to the function development goal of the system,the functional requirements of the system include drawing management,file management,basic configuration and statistical analysis.The performance requirements include concurrency,response time and resource utilization.On the basis of the above work,through software design technology and.Net web development technology,the network structure,function model,function module structure,C# function class structure,database E-R diagram,physical table structure are designed,and the function realization ideas,methods and key codes of each module are analyzed and studied,and the function running page of the system is displayed.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested by Load Runner tool and IIS performance component.The function test cases and performance test methods are introduced,the function and performance test results of the system are analyzed according to the actual performance of the system,and the system test is passed.Through the application of this system,the company’s substation configuration files can be integrated management through software tools,and a unified configuration file data center and business management system can be established.The application of the system has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of substation operation and maintenance management and the management level of smart grid.
