| In order to meet the needs of the sustainable development of the current society,the industrialization of construction has emerged at the historic moment.Prefabricated construction is one of the ways of industrialization of construction.In recent years,the global prefabricated construction market has developed rapidly,and the market size has increased year by year.The quality management and production technology of the company are relatively mature.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have also conducted in-depth analysis and research on the quality problems of traditional construction projects,forming a more mature quality management theory,but the development of construction industrialization in China is still in its infancy.At the same time,due to the late start of prefabricated buildings in China,the relatively immature technology and the lack of relevant standards,the quality of prefabricated buildings has certain problems.PC components,as the core element of prefabricated buildings,are the key to the overall quality of prefabricated buildings.,The transferability of quantitative risk will have a chain reaction.If the quality problems in the production of PC components are not properly handled,it may induce quality defects in subsequent work.Therefore,the production stage of PC components is the research entry point.Component production quality is evaluated,and the evaluation results directly reflect the production quality of PC components,which can effectively control and manage the production quality of PC components.This thesis takes the production quality of PC components as the research object,combines the theoretical kno wledge of quality evaluation,uses literature retrieval,interviews and other methods to identify key quality influencing factors,and uses questionnaires to investigate them.Carry out selection and adjustment,use factor analysis to classify and summarize the indicators,and build a PC component production quality evaluation index system containing 4 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators.Based on the establishment of the PC component production quality evaluation system,a prefabricated building PC component production quality evaluation model is established.Combining the principle of closeness with extenics,comprehensively evaluate the production quality of a component manufacturer,and finally quantify the production quality of the company’s PC components into a comprehensive score to objectively evaluate the production quality of the components of the enterprise.Analyze the causes of its quality problems,and put forward suggestions for improvement and optimization measures for the production of PC components,which has a certain guiding significance for improving the production quality of prefabricated building PC components,and has a certain reference for PC component companies to formulate related quality control measures value. |
