With the maturity of artificial intelligence,big data and the Internet of things,automatic production has gradually become the mainstream production mode of manufacturing enterprises,and has been recognized by most production enterprises.Many system design problems of production line have also become important factors affecting the image,function,efficiency and availability of production line.The production line not only needs to meet the functional requirements,but also needs to consider and reflect the identification of the enterprise and the emotional value of the user,and consider the internal elements of the production line system and the system coordination between the production line system and the operating environment and the operator.For the problems of imperfect design of the whole system and uncoordinated relationship between the parts of the existing automatic production line,this paper will using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,through study the formal expression of system design problem,extension reasoning and extension system design strategy in production line,and combines the extension system design of small handicraft manufacturing production line in CCID enterprise,the effectiveness of the method is analyzed and verified in detail,and the overall system of the production line is improved.In the process of design and research,take the system Design as the Design Research idea and follow the design research steps from whole to detail,from macro to micro as well as take the shortcomings of the production line as the perspective and according to the extension third creation method "modeling,expansion,transformation,evaluation" four-step method,the shortcomings of system design in the production line are carried out.Firstly,establishing the matter-element model Analytical product and the existing shortcomings,proposing a multi-level design element based on the principle of conjugate analysis,and make a longitudinal and in-depth analysis of the existing shortcomings.Then,combined with extension relation element model and compound element model,proposing the compound element model of extension system design to analyze the interaction relationship within the product.After that,combining the conjugate transformation theory with the compound element model of extension system design,a multivariate transformation model is constructed and according to the conjugate transformation rule and the conduction transformation principle,the conjugate transformation of the product and the existing shortcomings are carried out to inference the system design strategy by formal reasoning extension.Finally,the production line image which accords with the coordination relationship between human,production line and environment is designed,which effectively improves the overall systematicness and coordination of the production line.
