The engine manufacturing process involves many manufacturing links,and the process is very complex,which greatly improves the difficulty of manufacturing process traceability and the requirements of Traceability Technology.At present,the quality traceability of engine manufacturing process is faced with the problems of insufficient traceability credibility,hidden danger of data centralized storage,and difficult to guarantee the safety of information record storage,which lead to various quality problems of automobile engine manufacturing and bring huge losses to users and automobile enterprises.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the blockchain technology with the characteristics of decentralization,tamper proof,traceability and self-confidence into the quality traceability system of engine manufacturing process.A traceability model of engine manufacturing process based on blockchain is proposed.On this basis,the traceability system of engine manufacturing process is designed and implemented.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of engine manufacturing process traceability,a method of engine manufacturing process traceability based on blockchain is proposed.Based on the analysis of the core links between engine manufacturing process(parts design and analysis,machining process and assembly process of key engine parts),the key quality of forming engine are summarized.Combined with the existing problems of traceability,the traceability model of engine manufacturing process based on blockchain is constructed;(2)Based on the requirement analysis of engine manufacturing process traceability for traceability users,the architecture of engine manufacturing process traceability system based on blockchain is designed.Based on this architecture,the overall function modules of the system are designed,and the database for each user is constructed.According to the storage limitation of blockchain,the on chain and off chain storage mode of traceability data is putting forward,and the blockchain network and user terminal,user interface and user interface are designed The interface of manufacturing process data acquisition node information interaction,data information between standardization and blockchain network;(3)The engine manufacturing process traceability system is built.Taking the engine manufacturing process traceability as the research object,based on the environment deployment of the traceability system,the functional modules of the traceability system are developed and implemented.The effectiveness of the traceability model is verified by the retrieval of engine manufacturing process traceability information and the implementation of manufacturing process information chain.Through the verification of engine manufacturing process traceability,this paper can meet the requirements of safe and reliable traceability of engine manufacturing process,break the information island that hinders traceability,guarantee the quality of engine manufacturing process,reduce the loss of engine manufacturing enterprises,and provide a new idea and method for engine manufacturing process quality traceability,and it has a certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for the traceability of the whole manufacturing industry.
