In the process of traceability of the automotive supply chain,there are traditional software architecture paradigm limitations and the backwardness of the Internet capabilities of auto companies,which has led to the high cost of information and credit transmission,the difficulty of corporate data privacy protection,and incompatibility between traceability systems.In response to the above problems,this article combines the blockchain technology and the existing enterprise traceability system to study the format of the electronic data involved in the automotive design and manufacturing process,analyzes the characteristics of different blockchain platforms,compares the performance of each platform,and chooses Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying platform of the blockchain.The architecture scheme of the traceability system of automotive core components based on blockchain technology is designed,the smart contract and the Web management system are written to realize the traceability system of automotive core components.Among them,the smart contract realizes the functions of user registration and login,asset on-chain,and asset change history query;the Web management system realizes the functions of blockchain management,blockchain interaction,and event monitoring.Combined with the existing traceability system of automobile companies,the data of the traceability process of automobile core parts is classified and researched.By analyzing the entities,data flows and information flows involved in the traceability process of core parts of automobiles,it is concluded that the enterprise entities involved in the traceability process are limited and there is a certain trust foundation between the entities.Therefore,Hyperledger Fabric is selected as the underlying blockchain system,and non-Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithms are used as the consensus mechanism to establish a traceability system for automotive core components based on blockchain technology.Blockchain is a technology that guarantees data credibility through a high degree of data redundancy.With the increase of nodes,the storage space required will increase exponentially.Although cloud storage solves the problem of high operation and maintenance costs,this method is a centralized method,there are risks such as information leakage and easy data tampering.IPFS is a distributed storage system specially designed to solve the storage problem of blockchain technology.It has the characteristics of data privacy protection,permanent data storage and reduction of data redundancy.Therefore,this project stores the traceable public data in IPFS,and stores the private data under the chain;the performance of the blockchain is also related to the transmission efficiency of the P2 P network.This project optimizes the Gossip protocol to increase the probability of anchor nodes being synchronized;in terms of node management,this topic introduces the KYC mechanism,which can effectively reduce Byzantine nodes joining the alliance chain.According to the design concept of product ease of use,the Gin framework was used to import the Hyperledger Fabric Web SDK to write Web services,which realized the blockchain system management,automobile core component traceability data query,blockchain interaction and event monitoring functions,so that users do not need Master the blockchain technology,thereby reducing the user’s learning cost.
