Automobile engine manufacturing is a production activity involving interdisciplinary expertise and multiple collaborative processing links.The automobile manufacturing industry with engine as the key core is a knowledge intensive industry,and knowledge is the core and foundation that can be used to improve the innovation ability of automobile manufacturing.Especially for the automobile engine assembly production process with complex parts and strict assembly requirements,on the one hand,it needs to organize and store the engine assembly knowledge resources in the enterprise for pushing according to the task requirements;on the other hand,it needs to focus on a specific function or task in the assembly process,A series of knowledge resources are encapsulated and optimized,and pushed to users in the form of dynamic knowledge services.This model of on-demand scheduling and using knowledge resources urgently needs to combine knowledge resources with assembly business process to form the knowledge service to be pushed.This paper takes automobile engine as the research object,aiming at the problem of multi-source heterogeneous knowledge resources in the assembly process,which makes it difficult to provide corresponding knowledge services to process planners according to business process,Then,the push of static and dynamic knowledge service for engine assembly process and its key technologies are studied.Firstly,the characteristics and requirements of engine assembly are analyzed.Based on the knowledge resources of engine assembly,the knowledge map of engine assembly is constructed.Then,two kinds of knowledge service models,static and dynamic,are proposed;For engine assembly knowledge static push,the engine assembly knowledge retrieval research based on user needs and engine assembly knowledge active push research based on user behavior are completed respectively;For the engine assembly knowledge dynamic push,it is based on the combed engine assembly process knowledge unit to complete the packaging and composition of engine assembly dynamic knowledge service components,and then for its assembly process,the dynamic knowledge service research of assembly process knowledge and assembly tools is completed respectively.Finally,based on the theory,the knowledge service prototype system for engine assembly process is designed and developed to push the assembly knowledge accurately.The research results of this topic provide new ideas,methods and implementation strategies for the realization of knowledge service and efficient assembly of automobile engine assembly process,and have theoretical guiding significance and application value on how to promote the intelligence of engine assembly process and improve the efficiency of enterprise engine assembly.
