In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the premier resource; knowledge productivity has become the key factor of competition and economic development. The continuous development of knowledge management and knowledge engineering provides theoretical support to the utilization of computers to automatically process and use of knowledge. But the formerly idea of artificial intelligence which makes the computer think fully automated to substitute for human decision-making is difficult to put into practice in the short term, and this kind of system usually needs long development cycle and cost high. Therefore, to re-examine human-machine relationship, and to establish a more effective human-based, machine supplemented knowledge service system is a better solution.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the related technologies of knowledge management and knowledge engineering in engineering design, and generalizes the recent development and disadvantages of knowledge management technology both in domestic and overseas. Based on this, the superiorities of machine-human supporting knowledge and learning management systems which focuses on engineering knowledge management are discussed.Secondly, explain the process of building knowledge warehouse system from the clues of knowledge acquisition and knowledge processing. The design of storage structure of knowledge warehouse and related functional modules which include creating knowledge warehouse modules, knowledge editing modules, automatic generation of e-learning content modules and knowledge warehouse maintenance modules are accomplished.Thirdly, the parameters of SCORM data model (DM) are measured to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the implementation of following System. SCORM DM is the foundation to achieve cross-platform sharing of knowledge resources and to separate knowledge and software platform. This paper designs the experimental model of SCORM DM, and obtains the feature of related parameters and interface functions. Based on these studies, the design method of SCORM-based courseware flow is given.Lastly, the relevant principles of SCORM Content Aggregation Model are used to solute the mapping problems between knowledge unit and themselves, so that the knowledge resources which was generated by the knowledge warehouse could be generally saved and used by common business instructional management system.Based on the above theoretical and technical specifications, and after comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of vehicle design enterprises, mechanical design knowledge service system is successfully developed according to the actual situations and achieved the goal of meeting the changes in business demand for knowledge.From the application perspective, part of the enterprises' knowledge management issues could be resolved generally, includes all knowledge-intensive businesses and services. Due to its broad scope of application, it has a bright prospect. From the theoretical perspective, this paper is using knowledge service ideas, through managing the knowledge of knowledge management enterprise in the minds, a microscopic description of knowledge, knowledge services and systems management by means of network information tools are achieved and have a profound significance.
