Research On The Collaborative Purchasing Management Of Fortune Electrical Group

With the steady development of electric power engineering enterprises,the demand for materials is also increasing year by year.Material procurement has become the key link of cost reduction and efficiency increase in electric power engineering enterprises,which has great room for improvement.Collaborative Procurement has greater advantages in cost,service and other aspects.Based on the organizational structure and procurement process of Fudian industrial group,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the group’s procurement,defines the main content of the paper and the key problems to be solved,and establishes the theoretical basis and method support for the procurement optimization of Fudian industrial group.In the procurement optimization of Fudian industrial group,this paper proposes to build a Collaborative Procurement Mechanism Based on the Procurement Alliance,through the collaborative integration of the branch’s supplier resources,sharing supplier information and advantages,to achieve the goal of the group’s procurement cost optimization.At the same time,the EOQ model is combined with an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.The research of this paper is close to the procurement practice of electric power engineering enterprises.Through the collaborative management of the group and its subsidiaries in material sales,material procurement,capital co-ordination and other aspects,the large-scale operation has been realized to a large extent,which has a strong reference and guidance significance for Fudian industrial group and other similar enterprises to improve the procurement optimization.
