Case Study On Small Town Street Facade Renovation In New Era

In the historical process of urban renewal,especially the comprehensive reconstruction of old city has been a difficult point,which is also the focus of the current architects research.In the certain context about the theory of sustainable development and regional locality which is constantly expanding and improving,we should preserve the historical context of the city and make reasonable updates at the same time.Replacing the idea of reconstruction with people’s emotional return to the old city in the transformation process is a reasonable choice in the process of urban development.In the context of rapid urbanization,I study the renovation and protection of the roadside building in the old town of Jing an.Basing on urban planning theory,urban design theory,architecture theory and other related theory,urban design theory,architecture theory and other related knowledge,I have explored and practiced the renovation and protection of buildings in the old city zone.Firstly,I put forward the theoretical knowledge used in the reconstruction project and then carry out the practical engineering under the guidance of the theory.Analysing on the renovation of roadside building facade in Jing an,I found that the correct method has a positive effect on the urban development.In the reconstruction process,we need to face a couple of principal matters,the summary of work flow about the renovation.Finally,we should preserve the sustainable natural renewal of the original regional culture,and make some contribution to the renovation of roadside building in the old city.
