With the rapid development of arch dam construction technology in China,a large number of high arch dams have been built in China.High arch dam has the characteristics of high design difficulty,long construction period,large construction quantity,complex construction machinery,large construction interference,many influencing factors,high construction quality requirements and difficult construction schedule control.In order to ensure the construction progress and quality of high arch dam,it is necessary to use large,safe and efficient construction machinery and equipment to improve the cooperative operation level of high arch dam construction machinery.In order to solve the problem of how to quickly and scientifically carry out concrete construction,especially the matching of heavy concrete production and transportation machinery,this paper combines the process and technical characteristics of high arch dam concrete construction,and based on queuing theory and general simulation software,establishes a simulation model of high arch dam concrete production and transportation machinery configuration with the comprehensive operation efficiency of construction machinery and equipment as the simulation goal,The simulation results under different working conditions can be calculated by the model,and the optimal construction machinery configuration scheme can be obtained by comparing and analyzing the simulation results.The main contents of this study include:(1)According to the location of high arch dam construction and its own structural characteristics,the paper analyzes and summarizes the interrelationship of concrete production,transportation and pouring process of high arch dam,and expounds the influencing factors of concrete construction and general principles of construction machinery configuration of high arch dam.This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the concrete production and transportation machinery.According to the discrete characteristics of the concrete construction system of high arch dam,the queuing model of multi service stations is established by using queuing theory,and the relevant constraints are established.On the basis of the mathematical model,the simulation system is analyzed and established,The interface of simulation system is optimized by programming simulation program by common simulation software.(2)The simulation model is applied to the actual engineering case.According to the engineering construction data,the distribution form of construction machinery related parameters is determined.Through the calculation of a variety of different schemes,the simplicity and practicability of the model are verified.By comparing and analyzing the comprehensive operation efficiency and cable crane efficiency of different mechanical configuration schemes,the optimal concrete production and transportation machinery configuration scheme is obtained,and the construction factors affecting the operation efficiency of cable crane are proposed.The core content of this paper is the research on the allocation of concrete production and transportation machinery for high arch dam.It is important to find out the optimal construction machinery configuration scheme under different working conditions,which will help to improve the construction efficiency of dam concrete and improve the management level of construction progress for the managers. |
