As an important dam type,arch dam is widely applied in hydraulic engineering because of its good anti-overload performance,and superiority in saving materials.There have been arch dams with the maximum height of 300 m,and a batch of 300 m high arch dams are under planning and construction.However,there still exist several key problems in construction site management of high arch dams.In current schedule management,construction progress simulation deviates from actual construction statue,real-time control theory of construction process could not analyze actual construction statue comprehensively,real-time early-warning of construction progress could not analyze construction progress of every dam monoliths,real-time optimization of construction schemes has not considered the randomness of construction process comprehensively,visual expression of construction process and simulation process is lack of management platform,and others.It's of great challenge for researchers to solve these problems in construction management of high arch dams.This dissertation studies these problems mentioned above,and the innovative research results are presented as follows:(1)Aiming at the deficiency that construction simulation of high arch dams could not effectively track real-time construction statue in site,self-adaptive simulation theory for the construction of high arch dams is proposed,which realize the real time tracking and analysis of the construction progress.The real-time construction simulation of high arch dams mainly update simulation initial condition based on real-time construction progress,and parts of researches studied the real-time update mechanism of simulation parameters.But for the researches of real-time construction simulation,as the structure of simulation model,the simulation logic has not been updated as the real-time construction statue,and the update method of simulation parameters could not describe the constantly changing process of simulation parameters along with the construction process.These disadvantages lead to the difficulty of real-time tracking of real-time construction statue.Aiming at these problems above,the self-adaptive simulation theory is introduced into the real-time simulation of construction progress for high arch dams,and the self-adaptive simulation theory for the construction of high arch dams is proposed.<1> With comprehensive analysis of construction process,real-time construction statue,temperature field of concrete,requirement of construction diversion,dam structure,metal structure installation,simulation logic of and construction simulation,principle and mathematic model of self-adaptive simulation theory for the construction of high arch dams is built,by introducting the self-adaptivi simulation to the construction of high arch dams.<2> According to evidence theory,real-time update of sequence placement logic is proposed based on evidence discounting,with comprehensive analysis of site construction plan,progress of real-time simulation and various random factors.<3> Combing fuzzy set theory and Bayesian updating theory,the real-time updating of simulation parameters based on fuzzy Bayesian updating theory is proposed.Fuzzed simulation parameters can be updated with the consideration of construction uncertainty factors;during simulation process,fuzzed simulation parameters is obtained with the corresponding membership degree.Based on the proposed model and methods,self-adaptive update of construction simulation model of high arch dams is realized,which provides foundation for the self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of construction progress.(2)Aiming at the problem that,the self-adaptive simulation theory is not introduced to the real-time control of construction progress for high arch dams,the real-time control theory of construction progress for high arch dams based on self-adaptive simulation is proposed.Considering the problems that current real-time control of construction progress for high arch dams has not considered self-adaptive updating of simulation logic based on actual construction situation,real-time early-warning model has not carried out the early-warning for every dam monolith,and real-time optimization of construction schemes has not taken construction randomness into account,the real-time control theory of construction progress for high arch dams based on self-adaptive simulation is proposed according to the self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of construction progress for high arch dams.<1> Principle and mathematical model of the real-time control theory of construction progress for high arch dams based on self-adaptive simulation is put forward.According to self-adaptive simulation result,construction progress is early-warned,and construction schemes are adjusted based on the early-warning result.Moreover,comprehensive optimal scheme is obtained based on the real-time optimization of high arch dams,which could provide guidance for site construction.<2> Early-warning method of construction progress for high arch dams is proposed with comprehensive consideration of randomness of construction process,overall construction schedule,construction schedule of single dam monolith,and critical node duration.<3> Real-time optimization method of construction schemes is proposed with considering the random characteristics of construction index and the definition of stochastic dominance degree.Based on model and methods mentioned above,the real-time control of construction progress for high arch dams can be realized.(3)Aiming at the problems which could not realize the real-time 3D visualization of construction process and simulation process,and real-time interactive analysis of construction information,the 4D visualization method of construction process for high arch dams is proposed.Current construction site control of high arch dams mostly depends on 2D drawings.Existing 3 dimensional(3D)visualization method builds 3D model based on simulation result,and 4D(3D model and time dimension)visualization method has not been applied in the construction progress control of high arch dams,which could not realize real-time 3D visualization of construction process and simulation process,and real-time interactive analysis of construction information.Aiming at deficiency in current researches,the 4D visualization method of construction process for high arch dams is proposed.By combing 3D visualization technology and construction progress information in real time,the 4D visualization model of construction progress for high arch dams is built up;with 3D visualization modeling method,the 3D refined model of construction area for high arch dams is established;with the spatiotemporal database,the 4D visualization database of construction process is set up;the 4D visualization of construction process for high arch dams and the real-time interactive analyze are realized with Unity3 D,radio frequency pick up technology,object oriented technology and others.(4)Aiming at the insufficient that self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of construction simulation lack 4D visualization platform,the 4D visualization system of self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of construction simulation for high arch dams is developed.The 4D visualization system of self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of construction simulation for high arch dams is developed independently using 4D visualization technology with comprehensive combination of,site construction demand,self-adaptive simulation theory and method of construction progress,real-time control theory and method of construction progress for high arch dams based on self-adaptive simulation.The established system could provide analysis platform for site mangers to conduct self-adaptive simulation and real-time control of high arch dam.The theory,method,technology and system are applied to practical engineering.The results prove that the research of this paper could effectively guarantee real-time control of construction progress for high arch dams,which plays an important role for the engineering benefit of the whole project.
