| Mechanization of earthwork engineering has been realized in the field of engineering construction in China.Mechanization construction of earthworks has been basically realized in the field of engineering construction in our country,but in the actual situation,the level of construction machinery allocation is still far from enough for the managers of domestic engineering projects.They mainly rely on construction experience for decision-making,lack of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,which makes it difficult for the advantages of mechanization construction to be fully reflected in engineering construction,and adversely affects the completion of engineering quality,schedule and cost,while at the same time,in the design of construction organizations.Construction machinery configuration is a very important content,so it is very important to study the optimization of earthwork construction machinery to improve the mechanization level of construction operation,and to ensure the construction quality,schedule completion and cost savings.In this paper,the main factors affecting the construction machinery configuration are analyzed,the characteristics and types of the main construction machinery involved in this project are listed,the queuing theory and the analytic hierarchy process are applied to the analysis of the earthmoving transportation system and the selection of construction machinery respectively,and a multi-objective optimization model based on time-cost is established.Finally,the optimization scheme of construction machinery is obtained.My main research and work are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the earthwork shipping system,the queuing theory is applied and the model of earthwork shipping system is established.(2)Applying the analytic hierarchy process to the selection of mechanical types in earthwork construction,the main factors influencing the selection of mechanical types are selected first,and then the hierarchical model is constructed.Taking the construction period and construction cost as the two main targets for the model selection.(3)Taking the construction period and construction cost as the two main targets for the model selection,the time-cost multi-objective optimization model is established,the related boundary condition is analyzed,the model is solved by linear weighting method and the sensitivity is analyzed.(4)According to the construction characteristics of the earthwork project of thisproject,a construction scheme for excavation and filling and a construction machinery configuration scheme shall be formulated to guide the construction operation. |
