| The current international situation is changing,and it is now a critical period for the reconstruction of global value chains.China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises bear the major responsibility of providing machine tool for all sectors of the national economy.They must seize the opportunity,actively improve product quality,and strive to have a place in the international market.Therefore,this thesis has carried out an empirical research on quality management of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises,contributing to structural adjustment and industrial upgrading.This thesis firstly analyzes the development history and characteristics of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and further analyzes the current situation of industry environment and quality management.Through literature review,the theory of quality management,quality management practices and performance is reorganized.From the product perspective,the practical significance of the whole life cycle theory to business management is introduced.Through the above analysis,the thesis constructs a relationship model between quality management practices and quality performance.Using the sample data of 144 equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,the structural equation model is analyzed.The results show that leadership has a positive impact on other quality management practices and quality performance,and plays a key role;supplier quality management plays an extremely important role in quality management practices;R&D quality can promote process management,but the effect on after-sales service quality and quality performance is not obvious;process management is in the middle of the process and is directly responsible for product quality;the quality of after-sales service is in line with the development needs of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and has obvious direct effect on quality performance.Finally,the thesis,based on the research,puts forward some suggestions improving the quality management level of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises,including establishing quality management concepts,establishing long-term strategic partnership with suppliers,supporting forward R&D,promoting continuous improvement and achieving service-oriented manufacturing. |
