Inheritance or reuse could hardly be achieved for the lack of stardard expression and storage of design knowledge and risk analysis knowledge.Share or expansion could not be acquired among different fields in drilling platform design.The efficiency and accuracy were unsatisfactory because all risk analysis were done by human.In order to solve these problems above,ontology method was introduced in this paper.In risk identification a framework was constructed.Loading,prevention method and control measure knowledge bases were founded respectively in OWL.Basic modules and optimization were finished to build intelligent risk identification ontology while identification rules based on experts’ experience and stardanrd were compiled in SWRL simultaneously.In risk analysis FAHP and FMECA were adopt in this paper.Ontology models of FAHP and FMECA were constructed to achive intelligent inheritance and reuse of analysis knowledge.The feasibility and accuracy of the method were verified by an engeering case.Finally the implementation of the intelligent risk analysis process including risk identification and risk analysis was achived by Java and Protégé.
