Research On Analysis And Application Of Informatization Performance Evaluation On H Construction Company

Information management is an important part of modern enterprise management.Use of information technology can enhance the production and operation efficiency,reduce operational risks and costs,leading to increased business efficiency.Therefore,the informatization performance evaluation can lead enterprises to invest in informatization construction reasonably,so as to maximize benefits.According to the result of informatization performance evaluation to improve the management level to a certain extent,enhance the enterprise market competition ability,plan and control the cash flow of enterprises reasonably,break the regional restrictions of traditional enterprise management,and control the enterprise cost in all directions and regions.On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing informatization performance evaluation system of H company,this thesis uses the brain-storming method to find out the problems in the process of informatization performance evaluation,such as single performance evaluation index,unreasonable evaluation index design,lack of professional evaluation index.This thesis reconstructs H company’s current informatization performance evaluation performance evaluation index system by using the theory of balanced scorecard.The reconstructed system includes 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators.At the same time,the weight of the index system is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,this thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation of H company by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and draws a conclusion that the level of information performance management of H company is basically completed,which proves that the redesigned information performance evaluation index system of H company is effective.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the actual situation of H Company,some suggestions are given to improve the management level of informatization.The study of this thesis is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprise information construction,to provide a reference basis for the construction industry information.The application of information-based performance evaluation index system can guide construction enterprises to do a good job in enterprise cost management,improve their ability to control engineering projects,and make construction enterprises gain the maximum benefits on the basis of reasonable information-based investment.To improve the management level and market competitiveness of construction enterprises.
